I booked a couples massage for $145 total. First off I'll mention they were trying to make me buy it again and I kept showing them I already purchased on Groupon. The greeting was not friendly or welcoming. The massage itself was good but at the end the staff pressured us aggressively to tip much more than 20%. We had already tipped a 20% amount, but they insisted we "had to" give more, which felt unprofessional and dishonest. A tip should be voluntary and based on service, not forced or demanded. This left a very negative impression and ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. I will not be back here again. If you're reading this let this be a sign to not come here. I recently had a massage here and wanted to share both the positives and some important feedback. The massage itself was great. The therapist did a great job addressing my tight shoulders and lower back, and I left feeling physically much better. The bodywork was skilled and effective, and I would consider returning based on the quality of the massage alone. However, the booking and intake process needs significant improvement. I was not asked to complete any intake paperwork or consultation form prior to the massage -- no questions about injuries, preferences, allergies, or medical history. Given that I have ongoing lower back issues, that felt like an important step that was missing. Additionally, I requested a female therapist multiple times (Over the phone, Over text, In my booking confirmation, And again upon arrival.) Despite this, a male therapist initially walked into the room after I was already undressed and ready for the session. I had to restate my request again at that point, which was uncomfortable and did not feel great in such a vulnerable setting. The staff ultimately accommodated my request quickly, and again, the massage itself was very good. But clearer systems around client preferences, therapist assignments, and proper intake procedures would go a long way in ensuring clients feel safe, respected, and heard. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the quality of the massage was strong -- the experience around it just needs tightening up to help ensure clients feel safe and taken care of. read more

I had an incredibly disturbing experience at this massage place, and people deserve to know. During my full body session, the male masseuse touched me inappropriately and made me feel deeply unsafe. He exposed areas of my body that did not need to be uncovered, touched places that were clearly not appropriate for a massage, and stared at me in a way that was clearly invasive and predatory. I realized even more how wrong the experience was after getting a legitimate, respectful full-body massage elsewhere, where none of what happened here was considered standard or acceptable practice. To make matters worse, they asked for a tip right after violating my boundaries. I left feeling confused, ashamed, and violated. I was too stunned to react in the moment, but I now recognize that what happened was sexual assault, and it's not okay. The front entrance is cute with a seating area as they had us wait until our 8pm appointment since we got there early and they were still massaging another couple. I can't imagine how they have any good reviews. 1. I requested a male therapist, they ignored that after confirming that I was booked with a male. 2. My therapist was not a real massage therapist. If she was she would have known not to dig her elbow into my ribs and other bones and endangerment sights (areas with nerves and blood vessels). How can you be a good massage therapist if you don't understand the language your client speaks? You CANNOT. I had to constantly tell my therapist lighter, do not touch my right hand (as I had surgery on it a 5 weeks earlier) lighter on the hips and buttock area, etc. It was not relaxing and because of the lack of English comprehension, I now have a big bruise on my hand, have had searing nerve pain for several days in my left buttock and leg and may have to go to a doctor if it persists. I didn't have this pain before massage so I left injured. When someone massages you with their elbows the entire time, does not know what they are doing and doesn't comprehend the language you speak, you will end up injured. Do not waste your time or money, or for that matter, risk your well being, so avoid this place at all cost. read more
