I have had quite a few massages over the years. I can honestly say that the best massage treatment I have experienced was from here! From my first treatment one years ago to the present day, I have always found Danny and Kylie to be Professional, Informative and Caring. They are both very knowledgeable and experienced to make your pain and soreness to go away. The atmosphere of this place is very calming and relaxing. I love the flower decorations and friendly stuff. I have always come to this place to get an amazing massage over here this years. If you haven't come yet, please give it a try and you would love it!!! read more

First time coming here and wow, that was a great massage! I felt very comfortable and supported when getting it. The staff kept asking if I was okay and really hit the areas that I needed most work on. The hour flew by and I definitely wanted more time. 60 dollars for a massage is really good and even when you add a 15 dollar tip, the price is great compared to most! I highly recommend coming to try out a massage here. They ask you if you want medium or hard and I would say ask for the hard because that was an amazing experience. read more

Thank you so much for such a wonderful first-time experience! The space was clean, peaceful, and felt like home--with soft music, plants, panda plushies, and books that added a relaxing touch. Water was provided, the environment was fresh, and the massage bed was soft and comfortable. There's even a strong power outlet--I charged my phone from 20% to 90% during my 60-minute session! Amy gave an effective deep tissue massage--my stiff, whole body pain went from 8/10 to 2/10. Kelly was warm, friendly, and greeted me with a big smile :) I truly felt cared for. God bless! read more

It was my first time here. I had a fantastic massage from Mary. The room was clean, everyone was kind and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. $60 for an hour for a regular massage The low reviews must be from the previous management, because I feel great :) I will be back. Thanks! read more

It's Very rare these days to find stellar service like this place! the owner. The owner was one of the kindest and most interactive owners I've ever encountered. Not only did she offer complimentary refreshments and fresh fruits; she went above and beyond helping my family capture family photos in her business. Sure it may seem like no big deal, but imagine a busy owner on Mother's Day, one of the busiest days for business, finding time in between customers to take multiple photos, multiple angles ensuring the best spot for background and ambiance, and making sure we all approved of them. My family felt very welcomed. The vibes overall felt relaxing, peaceful and serene. I'd highly recommend! read more

This place is a SCAM! I called and asked for the happy hour massage. The board outside states Monday-Friday 10:30-4pm $20 hour long massage and they said ok! So I walk in five min later again Friday at 11am and they say the OFFER IS OVER. The board is right there and when I point that out to them that the board is right there that I called and confirmed she just laughed at me and tired to up sell me a $30 hot stone massage. I said no and left. Because she also said she would be the one giving me the massage I knew it would be half assed. It's the principle if you offer it you should honor it. I bet they put the board out only after 4 PM and on weekends to pull people in and then say it's not honorable during the hours that its supposed to be. What a scam!!! read more

Super Relax Massage - SCAM THEY WILL NOT HONOR THIS - Massage Near Me - Sherman Oaks, California

My husband and I have come here a few times now and it's always been a great experience. The new owners really made a great transformation. There are several types of rooms, single massage bed, double massage bed and a communal area with 4 beds. The communal area also offers foot baths. 1hour foot massage includes head, neck, back and foot massage and a 5 minute foot scrub for only $35 dollars... you really can't go wrong. Just a tip, before you get started ask for your preference (soft or strong massage) so they pair you with the right person. The first time I went, I made the mistake and for an hour I felt like someone was just lightly caressing my skin. After that I asked for someone strong and I've never had a bad experience since then. I look forward to going every week read more

I've been coming here, and while it can be hit or miss at times, my most recent appointment went well. The massage was quite pleasant; the only thing I didn't like was that they were busy and I felt like we were cheated out of our time. read more

First time here, got a 60 min. Which it costs like 55 USD and I have to say it was soooo freaking good. The lady that gave me the massage was great. Definitely coming back. Only one note is that they prefer cash since there's a surcharge for credit cards. And also if you like to tip is better cash too. read more

I left a review for Suoer Relax almost 4 yrs ago. They were excellent then and are excellent now. Kelly the owner is great with customer service. She always makes me feel special. He will be coming back. My girl Lucy and coco did their jobs well. Thank you to the owner for being sweet and kind to us please come here the head massage is my favorite. read more

This was my first visit and my massage was amazing! I don't understand (or believe) the 1 star review, because none of what was written happened on my visit. The spa is clean and extremely quiet and the staff was courteous and attentive. I also misplaced and left behind a very special family heirloom ring that would have devastated me had I lost it. Within 2 minutes after leaving the spa, the owner notified me that she had found my ring. It doesn't get any better than that! Will definitely return! read more

I've been needing a massage for a while, so I decided to come here. The lady at the front was very nice and friendly. I requested a male masseur and she told me to wait a while. Danny was my masseur and he did a great job. I got the combination massage. He was very professional and didn't mind getting out all the kinks. Some places were a little painful but I think I just needed a massage in the worst way. Overall he did a great job! The 2 pieces of feedback I would give: There is an odor when you come in. I think the place needs some moving air. I wish you were asked if there are any focus areas you wanted your masseur to focus on. I wanted my hands, head and neck massaged but he spent the least amount of times on those places. Overall I give this place a 4! I would definitely come back and would surely recommend Danny to give you your next massage! read more

Super relax massage is great. Affordable service, clean and they usually can take walk-ins. Thank you!

Have been coming to this location for many years. Kiley the owner of the business is very kind and provides excellent Cuatomer service. Her warm welcome and embrace is very refreshing. SUPER RELAX MASSAGE has been at this location for years, yet my eyes keep sliding over it, inevitably drawn to the giant yellow arrows of In-N-Out. The shopping center this massage place belongs to is large yet the parking lot is always full. Street parking is available but sometimes that's a challenge too. GREAT PRICE! James found and pressed, not kneaded, the knots and painful areas in my back and shoulders. I walked out feeling much better than when I walked in. I wasn't completely pain-or-knot-free but I'm sure had I ordered more than 60 minutes of massage, he would have squeezed the knots out of them. He also did firm, yet gentle, twists on my arms which helped unknot areas in my shoulders. This place is great if one of your resolutions is to get a regular massage. You can go 4-5 times here for the price of 1 fancy-spa visit. Speaking of which, though this place is nothing fancy, it is clean and looks pretty reputable-looking. Will definitely come back again when I get the chance. read more

The masseuse did a really good job and I feel much better. I was so stressed before I came in and feel very relaxed now.

The service here is always the best and the vibe is very relaxing. This is my main massage spot. Best in the valley!

This is by far the best low key massage place in the valley! I've been over 5 times from an introduction from my girlfriend. I had one unpleasant experience with a guy masseuse and got to know that LuLu and Nina are the ones to ask for. So they still get 5 starts because those ladies know what they're doing. Also the price is so low for the quality they give the clients! They are very body oriented and pay attention to what each person prefers and are consistently good with making every massage AMAZING! Please give this place a try - SO GOOD! read more

I paid a full price for the foot massage and I don't regret it. My feet were so tired after standing 10 hours a day at work that I really needed a good foot massage. I came here because it was close to my home. It felt great after the massage and it also feels good to support a small business, especially during the pandemic! Unless I move out of the area, I would come back and recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been to this massage location several times in the past few weeks and I really love it. The waiting area is clean, smells great, and is inviting. The massage room was also very clean with a comfortable bed. I had a heavy blanket on as it was a little cold. It can get quite noisy as the rooms are not completely enclosed. The walls don't go to the top of the ceiling and the door is just a cloth door. But it is not too bad. I had Lisa both times and she was great. Very accommodating to my needs and a sweet lady. Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get me in both times last minute. They also have a rewards program. After 10 massages the 11th is free. I will be back often. read more

Guy working the desk was very nice and the place is clean, service was a tragedy. I paid for a 1hr table massage and only til he charged my card did I realize it. I had actually wanted the chair massage, and at that, for 40 mins because I was on a time crunch. No biggie. I didnt even ask for a refund on the price difference. Chick was elbowing me like it was a wrestling match, massage one arm then pat the other, zero effort or skill. Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say I didnt even stay the full 40 mins. Im not sure if I got unlucky that day and was stuck with a newbie but I could of had the same massage from my 7yr old at home. Wasted my money. Never again. read more

I will NOT be coming back to this place. Service, massage, and employees subpar. At the conclusion of massage, I proceeded to give the masseuse a tip ($5.00), she had a smirk on her face and said, "Not enough. Need more." I was literally in shock. I ended up tipping another dollar and she still said it was enough... Not professional whatsoever. I would not recommend this business. read more

On Tuesday November 5, 2019 I called Super Relax Massage to schedule two massages for that evening. I asked for one female and one male masseuse. When we arrived, only two females were available. We were told that the male had just started massaging someone else. She assured us that she was strong and could do a deep massage. During the massage she kept sneezing and sniffling. I asked her if she had a cold and she said no, but it was non stop. The other masseuse kept leaving to answer the phone. The two girls kept conversing with the male masseuse during the entire hour, disrupting the quiet. When our hour was up and I wanted to tip her, she said my tip wasn't enough ($5.00), because I kept asking her to massage harder. I reminded her that she said she was strong and could do a deep massage, just as good as any man. She said, "This isn't a food counter." The woman was extremely rude, demanding and argumentative. I should have taken back the tip and walked out! I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Terrible experience. read more

The last thing I wanted for my evening last Thursday night was to relax. Maybe "Super Relax" would be the right place as suggested in their business name. Guess again. There's a few parties to blame for this and I'll get to that. Back in December I had a purchased a Groupon for this massage spot. In January I got an email from Groupon asking me about my experience. I called Groupon and let them know that I never used it so if they could please reverse it. My voucher, a gift voucher I purchased and even my sister's voucher were all marked as used and Groupon reversed them as we did not use them. Last Thursday, March 9th, I called to see if they were free to take walk-ins. It was about 6:45p-7p and the woman that answered the phone said yes. I showed up 15-20 minutes later and was semi-greeted by a masseuse that was waiting in their little lobby area having a late night snack. I didn't check in as there was no receptionist in sight, as I've seen before, so I followed him to the chair. This massage was not as great as the others. The water for the foot bath was tepid at most and the masseuse was giving me a vigorous rub down. I mostly felt the pain on my neck and back - did he think anyone could like that? I sure didn't. I feel like he was trying to work me into a carpaccio. The massage was over (thankfully) and I proceeded to pay with my voucher. I presented my Groupon and one of the female masseuses said - No. No Groupon. I asked her why and she said - No - and pointed to the wall. The little lobby that I spoke of earlier is still part of the larger room where they do the chair massages except there's a small divider between the two, so the entire room mostly has that dim, mood lighting to relax you - although I must say again, how is pounding a relaxation technique? Any who, so I squinted to read the small print, handwritten sign and it said that: "no longer accept Groupons or other online services" and "Old owner find out how many were sold? Who got money back?" She said that they've been under new ownership for 3 months. I started connecting the dots and this explains everything. If three months is accurate, then the Groupons that I purchased were technically already under this new ownership but they failed to relay this information to any companies that the previous owner worked with. The previous owner failed to make these communications as well if they knew they were selling their business. The business still has the same name, so anyone can easily assume that nothing has ever changed. I have been here before and they did accept Groupons, so I didn't think to ask when I got there, although there was no receptionist to ask. The sum of this story: I had to pay in full for a massage that I didn't care for and still felt the soreness and pain for two days after! When I was leaving a tip, the woman said: Oh no honey, leave more it's better. Granted I was leaving a tip when I probably shouldn't have and this woman is complaining for more gratuity. The nerve. That's the last time that I will step foot into that business. The new and old owners are responsible for this. Groupon is also responsible for this. Although they may not have been communicated, they should've noticed a red flag when countless, I'm sure, vouchers were redeemed at the same time - which I feel the old/new owner did as a means to not deal with it. If you have a Groupon for this business, demand your money - not Groupon credit - back. Horrible experience. read more
