I have had quite a long history with both my mental and physical health - it's been an uphill battle. After undergoing 2 major spinal surgeries in 2023, I've been left with a lot of ongoing pain which has been exhausting to try to manage. Kelly has been a god send. The time spent with her whether it is sound healing, craniosacral, or massage therapy, allows the mind & body to exhale and truly heal. Highly recommended for all :) read more

I can't recommend Kelly enough! I experience chronic back pain, and after trying many different approaches, I finally found real relief with her. Kelly combines incredible skill with a calm, welcoming presence that immediately puts you at ease. Her massage and craniosacral therapy sessions are not only deeply effective, but also restorative on an emotional level. She takes the time to listen, explains what she's doing, and really tailors each session to your needs. I've noticed lasting improvements in both my pain levels and overall mobility. If you're looking for a thoughtful, highly skilled craniosacral and massage therapist, Kelly is the one. read more

There is something about this human that has you immediately at peace the moment you are with her. Not only is she excellent at what she does, but she truly offers a peaceful, pleasant, and judgement free space. Right when you lay down, you feel taken care of, but the craniosacral therapy is like nothing I've ever experienced and I get the feeling it is different for everyone. The most important thing is to come in with an open mind, open heart and to listen to your body while you're going through it. Outside of the craniosacral therapy, Kelly is also an excellent massage therapist, in general. Whether you do craniosacral, or traditional massage therapy, you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. read more

Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing a fantastic massage. Usually, I do not enjoy massages, but this was a different scenario. Very rarely am I in a calm state but through this massage, I was very comfortable and definitely had a clear mind. Kelly definitely makes you feel at ease and peaceful. unfortunately, I have issues relaxing so this was a session like none other. I have a lot of tension in my hips, neck, back and shoulders and she allocated the proper time it all. It's crazy to see someone feel your body and know where tension is lying, but to also feel your body and see where it needs attention. She tapped into something i didn't know was still residing during my session. Kelly brings a level of comfort that I didn't know was possible during a massage. read more

I've been seeing Kelly for therapeutic and lymphatic massage for about a year and she is exceptional. I work out regularly and spend long hours at the computer, so I come in with tightness, knots, and recurring inflammation in my leg - she is able to address all of it. She always asks what I want to focus on that day but also remembers the longer-term goals we've discussed around mobility and flexibility. Her technique is consistently effective, never rushed, and I always leave feeling noticeably better. Scheduling is easy, she's always on time, and her home-based space is calm, peaceful and private. If you're looking for someone who's highly skilled, thoughtful and truly invested in helping you feel better each session and over time, I can't recommend her enough. read more

I highly recommend Kelly!! She is a lifesaver. I called and left her a message on a Saturday. She called me within the hours and was able to see me the same day. I had previously received deep tissue massages from other therapists, and they were very painful and unpleasant. Not with Kelly. She applied the right amount of pressure to break down the knots. I felt so much better the next day. read more

Kelly met me exactly where I was during our session. I felt anxious and stressed, overwhelmed and heavy. The craniosacral massage was an out of body experience I can't wait to do again - I felt the warmth and familiarity of her hands, even though we had just met. It really was so so spiritual and I felt like I let go of much of the weight I had been holding on to - both mentally and metaphorically. Kelly is a gift. read more

I am a 74 year old man who decided to take up Yoga during Covid. I got an app and struggled with that for a bit. I hired two teachers and had limited success. Then I got a private lesson from Kelly. She is amazing. Not only did she help me to get into and hold difficult (for me) poses she built my confidence and showed me how to eliminate leg cramps with stretches. I would strongly recommend Kelly. Charley O read more

I came to Kelly because I was having a lot of anxiety, pain and depression. I was in the midst of losing my grandpa. She recommended craniosacral treatments and she did two during my very hard week. The first craniosacral work there was a lot of negative energy and pain and she was able to move it out of my body through my right hand. She touched areas of my body that were in pain or went through trauma and I could feel it get smaller and exit my body. It was like resetting my body and getting all the junk out. I cried a lot during this session to release all the pain. After this I was much more relaxed and calm. Not as anxious. The second session was a lot more relaxing. She was still able to work on some of the pain spots but I was able to fall asleep this time. I felt very at peace and centered. Also an interesting detail is that my Fitbit registered that I was sleeping during both of these sessions. I'm a matter of minutes she was able to calm down my nervous system and body to thinking it was asleep even though I was awake for most of it! I am definitely looking forward to working more with Kelly and you should definitely try CranioSacral work! It's amazing. read more

I'm a 59 year old woman who has suffered for years from different issues regarding pain stemming from an injury I obtained back in 2011 - so yah years.....I walked into Kelly's place of business and immediately I felt relaxed her place is extremely welcoming beautifully decorated It immediately made me relaxed and I knew I would be at least comfortable. When I left after my session with her for an hour I was literally back in my 20 year old body and that is not an exaggeration. What I experienced is something no medical Doctor or PT has ever done for me. There is an absolute reason that what she does works. I'm grateful to my Google search for finding her and the reviews I read and I'm adding to that here. If your suffering give yourself a gift and make an appt. read more

Kelly is a gifted healer. She listens carefully to her client's needs and incorporates their feedback into her work. She is a great listener, quiet, diligent, and serious about her work. Her space is clean, calming, and soothing. I am fortunate to have found a truly caring and effective massage therapist. I was completely new to Craniosacral when I came to Kelly, and I'm so lucky that she was my first stop. She created a safe and welcoming environment for me to talk through deeply intimate issues that caught me off guard, and guided me with a stable hand through difficult emotions and complex vision sequences. To address my stiff neck and shoulders, she also worked her magic through massage, which was the best I've ever had. (People never seem to dig deep enough since I'm relatively light, but her firm handiwork always intuitively knew where the knots were hiding!) Her workplace is a sanctuary of peace and calm where I can go to rebalance, learn about myself, and emerge feeling 10x better. read more

Kelly has an amazing gift! She powerfully guided me to transform my clutter into beauty and order with a gentle, steady hand. After just 2-3 hours on a Friday night we had sorted through 100s of items in my office and closet and my whole perspective shifted...after she left, I was motivated to take care of DOZENS of other tasks around the house, and had the most productive weekend I can remember! I woke up the next morning and filled my green bin with the weeds I had let take over my yard, transplanted plants, disposed of old planters. Then I booked all my flights for this complicated trip, and had the best conversation with my dad in a very long time (complicated relationship). I felt at peace I didn't go to my ex's baby shower, and wrote him a note instead on a card we found yesterday. Then I asked a potential client to make a decision and she jumped into my program, reached out to an old client and she signed up for some tutoring, and I also knocked out my entire shopping list online and finally signed up for a gym. I vacuumed my room, did my laundry, and even cooked an awesome meal. The big thing is that I've been massively productive and motivated with a ton of energy and actually feel like I am energized instead of drained. If you want to super-charge your motivation and get out from under your clutter so your space works for you instead of feeling like you work for our space- hire Kelly! She's amazingly gifted and you'll love working with her. read more
