There were classes where I was sweaty and challenged and others that felt more restorative. I made a point of taking classes with 6 different teachers and honestly they were all great. There's a wide variety of classes here, and therefore a wide variety of students. I like it here if I want something completely relaxing because it's just one small studio in an apartment complex and not too big of a crowd so it doesn't feel so overwhelming. I like how they have this cute peaceful tea room to hang out and relax some more. It's also very clean. Parking is in the apartment complex in the touring spots. It's pretty convenient but in the beginning it feels like it isn't and feel like you'll get a citation but so far it's been fine.

Instead, I experienced something that felt like a peaceful meditation, but also a guidance to retrain my brain into making positive changes in my mind & life, and to heal. I Ieft with tears of peace and happiness. That was a powerful experience into my subconscious. I strongly recommend hypnotherapy if you need a little push to snap out of that rut and see light again. You sweat from the heat and enter the cold. The place is always clean. Cleaners come by. Good service. Helpful attitude. They talk and see that everything is fine. Overall, it's good.
