There were classes where I was sweaty and challenged and others that felt more restorative. I made a point of taking classes with 6 different teachers and honestly they were all great. There's a wide variety of classes here, and therefore a wide variety of students. Instead, I experienced something that felt like a peaceful meditation, but also a guidance to retrain my brain into making positive changes in my mind & life, and to heal.
