I just had a mind blowing hypnotherapy session with Dharam. I wasn't expecting much, because all I've seen on hypnotherapy is the fake stuff on TV where they make you act like a complete idiot and bark like a good lol. Instead, I experienced something that felt like a peaceful meditation, but also a guidance to retrain my brain into making positive changes in my mind & life, and to heal. I loved my hypnotherapy session! I feel great now!

I had never done hypnotherapy before but my experience far exceeded my expectations. I scheduled the session to seek help regarding my nail biting and had instant results. I didn't bite my nails or fingers at all for 3 weeks solid as a result of 1 hypnotherapy session. I was also given tools to refer to as well so when the urge did come up I was able to use them to help refrain from biting. So far it's been over several months and as long as I continue to use the helpful ideas I learned in my therapy session I am able to not let my nail biting get out of hand. My fingers and nails are in the best shape they have ever been and I am so thankful I finally found something that helped me with this. Whoa... I have to tell this story- I call it my "Harry Potter moment" (!) I had my first hypnotherapy session (ever) with Dharam last night. He made me feel comfortable and to be honest I did not expect much out of this because it was through Skype. My goal was to release whatever blocks I have when it comes to prosperity but I got so much more.. At one point he was having me channel all of the trauma/pain from a childhood injury (tailbone) through my raised arm. I felt so much energy going through my arm that it was shaking - it felt like electricity rushing to my fist and when he finally said "release," my hand burst open and the apartment SHOOK. Even golf clubs in the room tipped over. After the session, I came out of the bedroom and my roommate said "was that an earthquake? Were you moving furniture? What the hell?" I told him the story and he now calls me Harry Potter lol .. but seriously- this is one of the most powerful moments I've ever experienced!
