It was an encounter with the body, which I had long since gotten out of the habit of. I felt warmth, current, a slight shudder, a response in the lower abdomen. I left there with a slight dizziness and the feeling that I had been in another dimension.

Parking is not too tough to find on the streets nearby, and there is a small waiting room with some chairs. Think of LisaMarie as your 100K mile car maintenance; she really sets everything back in place and allows you to perform your best so you can perform in the long run. Rocio is also wonderful, very intuitive, and a true expert. I've been seeing her many times and always feel better when I leave the massage table. Thank you LA Bodywork!

She has been in this location for about a year and a half, so pretty recently. Since I was a walk-in, the only Masseuse that was available was Hannah and I was hoping it would turn out great. And boy did it! Hannah was incredible!! So sweet and lovely as well! She went into all the deep nooks and crannies of all my pain and best part was that she didn't rush my massage. She really took her time to address all my issues. And I have a lot of areas that need to be addressed because of my surgeries! I will say it was not completely relaxing all the time because I have a lot of trigger points. But walking out, my body felt refreshed and recharged. So if you want someone who will really address all your areas that need extra help, ask for Hannah and you will not be disappointed!

He contacted squeeze and he was told the price went up and the card on file had been charged, but they said they would refund the charge this one time. After 10 business days, he calls back after not getting the refund and he was told they would not refund the $30 to his credit card but that MY account would receive a $30 credit. I don't know how any of this makes sense but it seems like a very shady money grab.

I was in town visiting family and my close friend and I book massages before our girls day brunch!! I forgot my therapists name but he was amazing I want to say his name started with a D??. I got the Body Guasha add on and he focused on the areas of my body that needed it. It was my first massage in like 3 years. The front desk staff was pleasant and made us excited for our session. Also the lobby smells so good! A week or so after my vacation I wanted to get another massage after the travel back to Cali and my first week of work. I got the membership and went to their Studio City location. The front desk team Patrick and Cassie were so kind to me during check in and after my session. I was offered water and go to chat it up. I was informed that Studio City was the first location?? Well take my word that across CA to Mi the experience at NOW is amazing. Now I know my coast to coast go to locations. My Therapist Jonathan really helped with my upper back. I appreciate him checking in during the session about the pressure level. I will definitely be a long time member since I travel to Michigan a lot I have my own little piece of spa heaven! Thank You all for being kind and welcoming at both locations.

After my most recent experience, I'll be canceling my membership. I regularly purchase the $20 cupping enhancement and have never experienced anything like this. During my recent visit with a therapist I hadn't seen before, both the massage and cupping were extremely painful. I left with back pain and extensive bruising across my back and shoulders, as shown in the attached photos. What disappointed me most was how leadership handled my concerns. After I contacted the front desk, a leadership representative called me a few days later. I found her tone dismissive and condescending. She repeatedly told me the marks were "normal," even after I explained the pain and how different this was from every previous cupping session I'd had. Her proposed resolution was a free $20 enhancement on my next visit. Offering another enhancement after a painful experience, without meaningfully addressing my concerns, felt dismissive. I expected my complaint to be taken seriously and the treatment to be reviewed. I've contacted corporate and have yet to receive a response. After years of loyalty and ongoing membership payments, this experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
