NOT good. I went to this place--Selene Kepila does not have any certification whatsoever, so I cannot call her a "practitioner," last week. I specifically asked for scientific-based testing and clear, concise directions, documentation, counseling on what, if any, health issues I have and exactly what foods and supplements I should & should not be using. I asked her if she did those specific things at this place. She claimed she "sure does." After a lengthy consult and "scans," which gave me a horribly grim diagnosis of so many health problems, that I was terrified, she convinced me to purchase certain sprays, potions, notions, "miracle cures," for which I paid FAR TOO MUCH for just a bottle of a few magnesium capsules (With NO ingredients listed. Even for supplements, this is in fact illegal to sell a bottle of capsules that have ZERO ingredients or any information listed) and some detox spray. Then, I let her convince me to pay FAR TOO much for scans which have produced absolutely NO clarity, NO directions, NO counseling, NO word about what I should eat, not eat, supplements I should take, not take. I'm lost & confused. Yet she still talked me into "frequency healing" sessions for which I paid MORE money. I attended one session. Upon that sessions, I SPECIFIED that I'd need her to inform, no later than Sunday, what time (After 11:00 AM) the next Monday session would be. She "promised" to do so. I know there was no confusion or misdirection. She stated that she would contact me no later than Sunday. I understand that she's closed Sundays, however she is not nearly busy enough to have forgotten to simply texted me or called me. Meanwhile, I went home and for the past 2 nights, have NOT been sleeping. In other words, ZERO results. Now I'm not expecting instant healing, however after about 3 days of this with her, I have experienced nothing even starting to get better. But I'm still hanging in, giving it a chance...Come Sunday, NO contact from her. By Sunday at about 7:00 PM, still not contact. So I contacted her. Despite my having stated I need an appointment after 11:00 AM, she asked me to come at 9 or 10. Things are NOT progressing well. I'm now getting a terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach. So I call her & get no answer. So then I politely text back. No answer. I wait about an hour. I text again. Nothing. Meanwhile, I've lost about one thousand dollars--ALL DOWN THE DRAIN. Note that, under the f.i.l.t.e.r.e.d. comments here, she has posted a "glowing" review of her own business, under her OWN NAME, posing as a customer. I see this now & I'm not feeling good about anything here at all. Flags & more flags. (Meanwhile, about 3 hours later, still NO response.) And according to online sources, she's had several different business ventures. Yes, I know this means nothing. But put EVERYTHING together, and it all adds up to very disturbing facts. NO certification as a naturapath or provider of any type. I've received absolutely no documents, no counseling, no paperwork, no direction as to what I should eat, not eat, supplements I should take, not take, things I should do, not do. After just one sessions of an "unlimited package of frequency healing" that I have paid for UPFRONT, I get no response, no living up to the promises, nothing but being ignored, disregarded, taken for a sucker. I went to Ensele owned by Selene Kepila for a couple of years for Brain Optimization as well as Infrared Lights and ended up very disappointed with the results. Unfortunately, Selene doesn't respect other people's boundaries and I have continually asked her to take me off of the Ensele Forecasts that I received via email and she never did take me off of the list. I am still receiving them up to this day and have to transfer them into my spam folder. The Brainwave Optimization would seem to help for about a week or two and then it would stop being of any use after that regarding the issues that I came to her about. I found her to be always in a hurry,stressed out even when she didn't have another appointment after mine. I remember watching her try to plug in something into the wall & her hands were shaking. I don't know if she was trying to go to quickly or she hadn't eaten or what was going on but she was always in some kind of a hurry and the whole idea of this process was to relax the mind yet I didn't see that she was an example of that. This Alternative health care Non Profit company basically offers unsubstantiated treatments of bioresonance frequency treatments and did not work at all for me. I would not recommend this facility and was charged an astronomical amount for the kind of treatments provided. I will say the owner was a kind woman but the business practice is questionable. The employees were all replaced in less than a month. I suffer painful arthritis and Selene's remark on a review said she was pleased her treatments were successful? I learned about this place because I won a service through Facebook or Instagram and was excited to see what kind of treatments they had and how they all worked. i'm looking into alternative types of treatments and I read briefly about some of the treatments that they had available before my arrival. When I arrived the place was beautiful set back off the street in what used to be a courthouse. The office was lovely and quiet but a bit too warm as it was very hot outside. I was given a clipboard So I filled out the information and waited to see Selena. The lovely receptionist at the front desk checked me in but didn't realize I was new until I didn't know what to do with the little tag that she had given me. Apparently this is to check you in when you come in for service. Very convenient. Prior to the visit I had filled out a questionnaire online so that Selena would have the proper information to be able to treat me. When I arrived the receptionist wanted me to fill out the information again on their computer. I explained that I had already done it online and wasn't familiar with using a laptop with no mouse so I asked for her assistance, she said she didn't know how to do it either. So I said since I've already filled this information out online I didn't want to do it again. That was fine. On my initial intake form I explained that I was having stomach issues, stress and back, neck and shoulder pain. So the next thing I know I'm being taken into a back room with a couple of lawn chairs to sit in, kind of hard and not real comfy, receptionist try to make me as comfortable as possible, and as she began she explained that I was doing a sound type of therapy, I was confused as I wasn't able to pick a service of my liking so she said based on my symptoms SHE recommended this treatment.. still at this time I have no idea where Selena is and when I'm going to see her. The receptionist put some wires that attached to my ears and my head, she explained that it was to read brain patterns? I'm not really sure it wasn't explained very clearly. So once the treatment began she explained that I would be hearing little skips and static during the music and not to worry about it but those were stress patterns or something like that. Treatment lasted for 30 minutes and during the 30 minutes the music was very lovely but the skips and the static I found to be very un relaxing and made me a little bit anxious as I was unable to relax. Towards the end at about 20 minutes, I just wanted it to be over because sitting in the chair wasn't very comfortable for my back and neck pain and the skipping and static was becoming annoying. So as the receptionist began to take the wires off of my head and my ears I could feel this gooey sticky mess all over my hair and my ears from where they were attached by these clips. It was a mess! she tried to help me clean it up but I had to go home and wash my hair. I was very disappointed in the treatment itself as it basically had no effect on me whatsoever except for it caused me a little bit more stress, anxiety, and frustration. After reading about the treatments available I would've liked to of had The light treatment for pain in my back, shoulders and neck. But I was not given a choice and I find it odd that the receptionist picked out a treatment for me. So, where is Selena? Is she going to be able to speak with me today? I have some questions... Well, I was told that Selena was not there today and that she wouldn't be back for a few days. So all in all I'm wondering why they would take any new clients/patients if the therapist was not in to meet with me and I wasn't told until later on that she wasn't even there. I took off work early to come to this appointment and all I can say that I was extremely disappointed first of all that I wasn't fully aware of all the treatments and what was going to be offered to me and that I wouldn't be able to choose myself. Second that the therapist was not even available to speak with me at all. I came here to see a specialist and discuss my ailments, only to have a receptionist, who is btw was very lovely and very nice, but didn't have a lot of information, give me a treatment that really wasn't what I needed. And lastly I had questions and wanted information about the micro nutrients that they offered on their website and wanted to try a bottle of that, but they didn't have any in stock. For me this appointment was a complete waste of time and I would not recommend this place, especially if you "win" a complementary treatment. So happy I got to check this place out and hoping to visit again! I tried Brain Spa and Light Therapy through a classpass trial. I wanted to try Brain Optimization, but it cost a LOT of credits! Really lovely little facility- they also have a nice infrared spa offered at an amazing rate! What an amazing place! First off the energy in Ensele is so calming and serene! There is also an amazing cute little courtyard you can relax in! And I was greeted by Brittany she was so full of knowledge and so helpful and welcoming! had the brain spa and it was so relaxing! I slept so good after the session! They also have specials like 10$ infrared sauna on tuesdays! How awesome can't wait to go back! read more
