What can I say...Selene and her team are nothing short of A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Selene is great! She has been so giving of her time and resources​ with me from the beginning​. She even had my youngest daughter come by for a few sample sessions. She is very accommodating​ and reassuring​ of the process and your results, in fact, she guarantees​ them! Having said that, I do want to give an honest account of the Brain Wave optimization results for anyone considering this therapy. I went through the initial seven sessions, which they call foundational, and at first was disappointed with my results. I think that reading all the wonderful reviews and the positive changes they had brought about in people's lives really made me set the bar high in regards to my expectations of the results I could attain. Sadly, ​in the beginning​, I felt my brain went in reverse instead of forward (caveat- I have a long history of alcohol​ use and a history of childhood trauma). One of the negative side effects were nightmares, and a lot of old emotional pain being flushed up. However, Selene was reassuring throughout​ the whole process and made herself available to me if I needed it. Selene suggested I come in for an additional 3 sessions because my brain reading showed my emotional center was a little stuck. So please be mindful, results may vary. This place is amazing! I was looking at natural treatments for my anxiety. I started researching Biofeedback and Ensele popped up in my Facebook feed for a month or so and decided to look them up. Glad I did. I signed up for a free phone consult and talked with the owner Selene. Told her my issues and am on a budget. She informed me they accept ppo insurance which I have and am so glad they take it. Which made me trust her even more because there are so many places out there that are money hungry and Selene is not. She wants to help heal you and will work with you and any budget. I went in the same week that I talked with her and started the biofeedback therapy. After only 2 sessions I felt a significant difference! Now I have had 4 sessions and 2 Lens therapy sessions and my anxiety is about 60 to 70 percent better wow! I just did a bio scan of my entire body and that was fascinating! I found out what I'm allergic to food wise and what I'm deficient in. Glad it showed I'm pretty healthy even with a low thyroid. I am hoping my anxiety continues to improve along with my low thyroid. I'm open minded and willing to try new things. I read great reviews for Selene and decided to give her and her treatments a try. I did a consultation with her and I did not get the feeling that she sincerely cared about me or my conditions. It seemed more like she was looking for ways to make money off me. Nonetheless, since I was already there I tried one of her therapy options. After the session I felt absolutely no difference. That completely discouraged me since her prices are not cheap. "It seems almost impossible to explain the immediate transformation in my life. In less than ten months, my wife had left with severe depression and never looked back, my 12 year daughter was cutting and was hospitalized multiple times, my 16 year old daughter was suffering from panic attacks, and I was not only suffering from daily anxiety and depression, but also suffering from constant pain due to tendentious in my elbow. I am deeply filled with gratitude Celine has completely changed my daughters life, I am a believer . My daughter was diagnosed originally with ADHD a year ago ,medication made her feel like she was going crazy her behavior and physical appearance was changing she became extremely depressed, Olivia became so depressed in her words " I do not know how to live in this life . I have suffered with headaches for almost 30 years and insomnia for at least 10 years. The brainwave sessions have eliminated my constant headaches and I am finally sleeping through the night. I was skeptical if this would really help because I have seen several doctors and specialists for my headaches and all the prescriptions and techniques they have tried for me have not worked. For my insomnia I have tried sleeping pills to over the counter supplements such as melatonin, valerian root, tryptophan, and 5-HTP . Although some of these helped me fall asleep I would wake up after only 2 or 3 hours of sleep and was not able to go back to sleep. I am now sleeping through the night, have more energy, am more focused, and am enjoying my life. read more
