My experience with Kamran Rabbani, MD and his office has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was involved in a car accident and was referred to Dr. Rabbani by my attorney for evaluations, tests, and X-rays. My visit took place on 06/25/2025, and ever since that day, the office has consistently failed to provide the medical report needed to close my case. For over five months, I have been calling the office repeatedly, leaving messages, and requesting updates. Every single time, I was either ignored or told that someone would get back to me--yet no one ever did. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unbelievable. The staff is extremely unresponsive, and the doctor himself does not seem to take patient care or case follow-ups seriously. This delay has affected my legal case, caused unnecessary stress, and forced me to chase after paperwork that should have been handled promptly. This office shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero regard for patients who depend on timely documentation, especially after an injury. I went in for an initial appointment and had bloodwork taken in office same day. I was told I would receive a Telehealth phone call with the Doctor to discuss the results once they came back. I never received a call, I reached out myself, weeks later, left voicemails, called many times, no answer and no call back. They took my blood and I can't even get the results or records. After a month of trying I gave up, but it feels like a serious violation so I'm looking into other avenues. read more

Had severe chest pain for years. Went to Dr. he misdiagnosed me. I ended up getting emergency surgery to remove an enlarged gallbladder with 200+ stones. Photo for proof. Confronted doctor Rabbani. He initially was very apologetic and admitted he misdiagnosed me. Then said don't worry I'll take care of ALL expenses. After this call he ignored me for weeks, then got on phone with me saying he never said those things n did the best he could. Not only did he misdiagnose me, he also lied and then bended the facts all over the place. A doctor with ZERO morales. He should get his medical degree revoked. Here's the explanation..... Visited Rabbani first due to all the "awards" and "credentials" and a rec from a family member. Dr Rabbani had me get a CT Scans, MRIs, a Colonoscopy and an Endoscopy. All which I paid out of pocket. This doesn't count the $250 visit fee for the Dr either. After all these tests. Dr Rabbani never asked for me to do a simple blood work nor did he take blood work during our doctor appointments. After years of pain. And I mean the worst pain possible for men on the scale based on opinion. Yes I'm talking about Gallbladder Stones. Dr Rabbani NEVER diagnosed me with stones. Instead just sent me to different tests and never got any blood work to check anything else. Everything is MONEY for this doctor. He could have done a blood test to know my enzymes were high and I needed surgery. I ended up getting emergency surgery and my gallbladder was removed at the hospital with 200+ stones. This doctor only knows $$. Not medicine. Highly recommend you don't get fooled by all the "fancy" awards. read more

As a nurse myself I have a standard of care that I expect from other medical professionals and Cheryl the nurse who works for Dr. Rabbani falls way below. If she doesn't like you she will bully you and try and turn the rest of the office against you. She sent multiple text with different times for my appointment that did not match the time she scheduled with me and then didnt apologize for the confusion but turns around and gives me an attitude. She is argumentative and disrespectful every opportunity she has with me and rolls her eyes in person. On our first visit she put her cell phone up to my face to take a picture without asking and was upset when I declined and rolled her eyes. "It's for Drs phone so he knows who you are!" I explained that I didn't feel comfortable again and since then she's given me an attitude. This seems like a HIPPA violation btw... You Cheryl as the nurse do Not 100% need a selfie of Dr. Rabbani patients in your cell phone. She also did the same thing to my husband. Did not ask permission. Just put cell phone up to his face and took pictures. He told her I didn't know you were going to take a picture of me, that's how fast and sneaky she does it. If I understand correctly Cheryl is his wife or girlfriend from another staff and maybe this is the reason why she feels so comfortable with mistreating his patients? She refused to have him call me when I complained about how she was treating me. She acts like it's personal instead of professional situation and I'm very disappointed I picked this office. Also as a nurse Cheryl when taking a patients blood pressure she should check it 3x if elevated and ask appropriate questions to understand why it's high. She took my husband's blood pressure and recorded the first elevated measure no questions asked just telling him you have high blood pressure.... He had a good amount of caffeine that morning and that's probably why. Also I was told that I didn't need to fast for our yearly physicals when we would have all labs including glucose and cholesterol checked. This is Not accurate and shows they don't care or don't know better. Make sure you look up for yourself if you need to fast for your labs because it can lead to false results. We also both wanted hormone testing done and I don't believe consideration was taken about the appropriate time to draw my hormonal labs as a female. They just drew them on my first visit with all my other labs and after looking further into it I believe my results are Not accurate because of being drawn at the wrong time of the month so it was a waste of time. I do not recommend doing hormonal testing at this office. I felt like this office just cares to run as many test possible to charge you but do Not care about your results and health. Anyways when I call and have to speak with Cheryl I cringe because she is not compassionate and comes off as argumentative. I told her I needed a referral to a lung Dr and she told me I'd have to wait a month to see Dr Rabbani. I then asked her why such a long wait and I re explained my symptoms and situation. Why do I have to deal with her bad attitude to get her to do the right thing and see my PCP..? Ugh.. At the end of my conversation she rudely asked me what kind of nurse I was so she can document it. .??Yes I'm a mental health nurse Cheryl and you remind me of someone that might need professional help. Please remember why you became a nurse and treat Dr. Rabbani patients with compassion and respect and behave like a nice person. Thank God I have PPO insurance, because of her I will be looking for a new PCP for both me and my husband. It's important to feel comfortable and respected going to see your PCP and his "nurse". I had an incredible experience with Dr. Rabbani and her nurse Sheryl. From start to finish, I felt truly cared for and respected. The front desk staff greeted me warmly-shout out to Jocelyn and Ziggy (best phlebotomist). The wait time was minimal-at time they are super busy but I understand why. Dr Rabbani and his nurse 'takes their time' to listen to my concerns. The nurse is super sweet and kind and will honestly speaks her mind and honest truth. I read some of the reviews, and I honestly disagree with her review, but on the other note, that patient probably and most likely disrespected her or the staff & no nurses will take that abuse. As a Nurse myself, we don't get enough respect or pay to be treated like animals-so don't expect us NURSES to sugarcoat everything, lol. The nurse took my vitals, asked detailed questions (proper nursing assessment) and made me feel completely at ease. It's clear she's experienced and genuinely cares about patients. Dr. Rabbani came in shortly after and was just as wonderful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. What really stood out was how well Dr. Rabbani and Nurse Sheryl worked together--it made the whole appointment feel seamless and efficient. Dr. Rabbani is the best! I was so glad to find him when we moved to the valley almost 5 years ago. He is kind, patient, compassionate and he is incredibly helpful when you have a problem. In the past, I have been able to even have phone visits when there are limited in office appointments and he stays to call all of his patients. He always takes good care of our health. His well visits are great and I love that he makes sure to check for any heart issues, when it comes to that. I've even told my elder family they need to make sure their own doctors are doing the same for them! He gives us great referrals when we need to see a specialist which I also appreciate since there are so many options in town! The front office staff are truly amazing and helpful. Whenever I call they are helpful and able to figure out what is needed. I am able to get my prescriptions sorted out and figure out what the best plan is. He truly has some of the best front office staff in the city! They keep the office running like a dream. His nursing staff is also wonderful. I have had times when I needed something on a Friday (when he's out of office) and the nurse has been able to help no problem with a few minor things. read more

If I could, I'd give him 1000 stars! My whole family and my husbands have been using Dr Rabbani for over 20 years. There are no doctors like him on the planet. He treats you like family and spends time researching how to help. He even went to the hospital to play cards with my dad when he was dying of emphysema. Who does that? He visited my mom at her board and care. He has the biggest heart and I believe anyone lucky enough to have him as a doctor is truly blessed. Then there's Silvi. She is a true Angel! Unfortunately, the way our system works, we have to go through our PCP whenever we need a medical directive to see a specialist. So I have to see my PCP, Dr. Kamran Rabbani once a year in order to get my annual mammogram directive. Sadly, I get the distinct feeling that Dr. Rabbani doesn't care whether I live or die. When I first spoke of a reoccurring pain I was experiencing he reacted to my concerns with a dismissive wave of the hand: "You've been through a lot. You should be grateful for the amount of health you have LEFT." I pressed him as to how I should treat the pain. "Take Tylenol," was all he said. The next year I again asked him about my reoccurring pain. This time he recommended a home care company who would provide me with a physical therapist who would teach me exercises that would eliminate my pain. When the physical therapist arrived at my home she said she could do no such thing. Naturally, I immediately reported this to Dr. Rabbani's office (the gals who answer his phones act like snooty nail salon workers) but I never heard back from the doctor himself. The next year when I told Dr. Rabbani about this disappointing experience he said: "That home care company changed ownership and went out of business right after I recommended them to you!! They used to be good!!" Then why didn't he inform me of this and recommend a different company??? During my last consultation with the doctor he insisted a junior medical assistant sit in on my appointment. This unexpected curve ball made me feel very uncomfortable. Yes, I got my mammogram directive, but has Dr. Rabbani ever improved my health?? Not one bit. He wants the money and he doesn't want to get sued. read more

Despite confirming my appointment twice the day of and arriving early to complete paperwork, I ended up waiting for a full hour before being informed that the doctor was still occupied with another patient. This kind of disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. Additionally, my initial appointment was canceled by their office without adequate notice, making the rescheduled appointment equally frustrating. I would strongly advise against seeking care from this physician due to their lack of punctuality and disregard for patient scheduling. I saw him for several years after my PCP retired. i think he is competent and caring but stopped seeing him due to the incompetence of his office staff. they never return phone calls, fail to send in refills on standing meds he has ordered and unless you are right in front of them exude a non caring attitude. I addressed this with the doctor several times but he apparently doesn't value feedback. a surgeon who treated me had the same issues with his office when he tried to get an appointment. if you are acutely ill you have to go to an urgent clinic as no appointment is ever available for 2-3 weeks. He does have a great list of referrals at his disposal if you need specialsit care but over all my experiences made me seek a new doctor. read more

I will never have to look for another Doctor again! The minute you meet him, the minute he is in your presence, you know this Doctor isn't like the others. Dr. Rabbani is in his own class! Dr Rabbani is a great doctor. BUT unfortunately his front desk people are very very unprofessional. I don't think doctor knows it himself. My husband has had an emergency situation and their office needed to send insurance more medical information ti get an authorization for the procedure that he needed to get done and we are in the 2 month and they have still not sent anything. Don't want to mention names but the front desk person o spoke to hang up the phone on me when I was being firm asking why they are being so unprofessional and taking such a long time. She didn't even know the difference between prior authorization and medical record. She kept telling me that they don't do PI, while I have been asking for medical record being sent to Insurance. So sad that Doctors don't engage to know who is running their office. Rude and unprofessional. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. First off, I'm in the medical field and never ever would I come back here or refer this place to anyone. I was 5 months pregnant with a severe cough with chest congestion and other respiratory symptoms. When I arrived I was put into a room and after 30 min the Dr. comes and gets me and takes me to his office. He never examined me only asked me questions. I didn't get any vitals signs taken at all. Not even a temperature! I'm like, hello basic stuff here guys. I was also an advanced age pregnancy!!! So unprofessional. Suggested I do a Covid test which I had just taken one before I went and it was negative but I agreed and said absolutely. He then says ok I'm giving you an antibiotic and you should feel better soon and about the horrible cough, he says. Try not to cough! Are you kidding me. What a joke! Then they get ready to send me on my way and I'm like, didn't you want to do a covid swab? They said, oh yea ok. Please people find a different career. My husband went there for his physical and they never called him with his lab results after leaving several messages. I tried calling them recently when I was sick and they never answer their phone and never ever return messages. Don't even waste your time dealing with this kind of unprofessionalism.
