Dr Zarrian was my mother physician and then became our family doctor. My work is very stressful and during the covid-19 I needed his help on numerous time and he was always there to help me and my medical issues. The administrative staff will do the least amount of "work" as possible. Any special form requests, referral paperwork, etc has to be followed up on constantly or the work won't be done. Dr. Zarian is your typical doctor who spends 5 mins with you and sends you on your way. When you voice concerns, they are written off as "wait and see" significantly more often than here's a referral. read more

Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted so much time with this doctor. This doctor needs to retire. He's way too old and lacks the knowledge needed to treat his patients. He is asking patients for cash "Administrative Costs" and billing Insurance at the same time. He will eventually lose his license because of his practices. He and his staff know they are breaking the law and when confronted they backtrack. This is a drug dealer not a doctor. He will keep you coming in for no reason except for his financial gain. Saw him several times and he referred me to absolutely no other doctor. Asked him for a urinalysis for a UTI and he actually told me NO. What? That's his job. He's mentally not there. His staff is totally rogue. I believe the young non-Persian receptionist, I think her name is Ashley, is rude, ignorant and needs to be trained how to treat patients respectfully. Don't believe the 5 start reviews he's a waste of time and money. Believe the honest horrible reviews that are on here. Update: in response to the business owner's comment, the reason why I waited until now is because I was getting billed multiple times for the tests that the doctor ordered (even though I paid and they cashed the check). This is because the lab they work with operates terribly too (see my other recent review of the lab). This entire experience caused me distress and it kept getting brought up 3 years after it happened. So that is why I feel compelled to share it now. read more

Worthless waste of time. Scheduled my appointment with Zocdoc a few days prior, but at the time of my appointment, they said that they decided to only accept patients over the phone. I've had Dr. Zarian for over 4 years now. I used to Dr. shop because the other dr's were not very open to talking with u, but rather talking at u. I love Dr. Zarian because he's funny and open to taking the time to talk with u and go over ur stats. I've been very satisfied with him. FYI, they don't validate parking. It's expensive. I get dropped off and picked up after, so it's convenient for me. Also, the wait is kinda long, but so are the other dr's offices. read more

Dr. Zarian is the doctor to go to. Very thorough caring patient and an expert in medicine. He will sit down and listen to you and give you the right medical advice and medication that is needed. He will follow up with you to see how you are doing. My own experience with him was moving. I went to Dr. Zarian once when I had a really bad eye infection and he gladly took the time patiently to take care of me and make sure i was healed. He ordered a medicine, picked it up from the pharmacy himself, and delivered it to me. He would call me to make sure im good. He truly cares for his patients and wants their healthy welfare. I had ear infection and made an appointment. My insurance is Bluecross Blueshield PPO, The front desk Mina asked me to pay $150 upfront!!! For deductible to see an internist?? I asked why? She told me that "WE SET OUR RULES IN THIS OFFICE"! and this is how we operate, the staff are so rude and uneducated. I am certified medical biller and coder and in my 10 years of experience I have never have heard of such a fraudulent scheme. I will go ahead and file a complaint against this doctor since I had ear infection and pain and this doctor refused to visit me although I have appointment and good PPO insurance. They even did not bother to check my eligibility before they ask for $150. They charge both patients and the insurance. This is fraud. Unfortunately in general, the healthcare system by over paying the physicians has not made them blessed but has made them more greedy and they look at the medical profession as business. read more

Dr. Zarian is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Not only are the people in the office rude, but they are also not willing to help. Dr. Zarian and all of his office members can't even take a blood test or be considerate enough to be kind to patients who are old and very ill. He poked my grandmother so many times with his needle that he hit a nerve in her arm. Even after suffering through all the tests, they don't even call you to follow up once they receive the results. The analyzation of the results are just as bogus as an office visit. He is a nice guy, but it doesn't seem like he puts enough effort into his work. I am really so sorry to say that we have an appointment at 8 a.m. we just went in to the room at 9:05 waiting one hour to see the doctor I set up an appointment about 3 weeks ago and I asked for the earliest morning appointment doesn't matter when even next month but I want to be the first patient imagine dr. Is seeing patients after 1 hours waiting them . the receptionist Mina is %100 rude the way that she talks really really not nice to the patients .after 1 hour dr visit you for only 5 minutes. Just recently called this office because I was trying to look locate a doctor. I had the wrong number but I also tried to inquire on which Doctor's office I was contacting. His receptionist is the greatest always kind, friendly and concerned. It is always easy to get in for an appointment and there is hardly ever a wait.
