He has been my primary care doctor for years, not just for me but for my family as well, and the level of care he provides is truly outstanding. Dr. Rabbani takes a comprehensive, long-term approach to health. He closely monitors lab work, medications, and overall wellness, and he actively coordinates with specialists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. That continuity of care has made a tremendous difference for me. As I've gotten older, his guidance on lifestyle, prevention, and medical management has helped me become healthier, more stable, and more proactive about my health than ever before. At 39, I am in the best shape of my life, and I genuinely credit that to his care and oversight. What truly sets Dr. Rabbani apart is how engaged and invested he is in his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain, and offer thoughtful guidance not just about test results and medications, but about long-term health decisions. He is someone I trust for honest, practical advice, and that level of trust and consistency has been life-changing for me. As a first responder, my health and performance matter on a daily basis, and I literally trust Dr. Rabbani with my life. Because of the care he provides, I am able to stay active, strong, and capable in a demanding profession, even as I get older. His attention to detail and long-term planning has allowed me to stay in my prime and continue doing the work I love safely and confidently. Just as important, his entire office reflects that same level of excellence. The nurses, medical assistants, and front-office staff are consistently kind, professional, and attentive. They make every visit feel welcoming, organized, and efficient, and they truly create an environment where patients feel cared for and respected. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or treated like a number. The whole team makes sure you understand what's happening with your care and that everything is handled smoothly from start to finish. If you are looking for a truly professional, proactive, and life-changing physician, I cannot recommend Dr. Rabbani highly enough. He and his staff have made a lasting positive impact on my life and my family's health, and I am extremely grateful to be under their care.

I was…read moreinvolved in a car accident and was referred to Dr. Rabbani by my attorney for evaluations, tests, and X-rays. My visit took place on 06/25/2025, and ever since that day, the office has consistently failed to provide the medical report needed to close my case. For over five months, I have been calling the office repeatedly, leaving messages, and requesting updates. Every single time, I was either ignored or told that someone would get back to me--yet no one ever did. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unbelievable. The staff is extremely unresponsive, and the doctor himself does not seem to take patient care or case follow-ups seriously. This delay has affected my legal case, caused unnecessary stress, and forced me to chase after paperwork that should have been handled promptly. This office shows zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero regard for patients who depend on timely documentation, especially after an injury. I would not recommend this doctor or this office to anyone under any circumstances. Avoid this place at all costs.

I've been a patient of Dr. Raiman's for about 10 years, and for a long time, I truly felt cared for…read moreby him. I valued our relationship and trusted that he was invested in my long-term health. Over the last decade, I have only seen him once a year for my annual physical and standard lab work. Fortunately, I have been in great health. I believed I actually meant something to the practice, but lately, the way the front office is being run has left me with no choice but to find a new provider. I understand that insurance companies are making it harder than ever for practices to survive. However, the high-pressure tactics coming from the front desk have turned a necessary transition to a "membership" model into a personal dealbreaker. For over a month, I've left messages to speak to Dr. Raiman to get a straight answer about the new $400 fee. Because , if I wait too long to pay, I was informed by Liz about a "quota" system, where the price will jump to $3,000 a year (it might be $4,000) once a quota is met. If the messages are being passed and he still won't call, it's clear where I stand. Patty simply told me her job is to "pass the messages" and that, "honestly, Dr. Raiman isn't going to call me back to discuss. He did that in the letter he sent". On top of that there is zero plan to help long-term patients transition to a new provider. Being told that "Dr. Raiman has no recommendations or referrals" and "that I should just find one through my insurance company" is a cold way to end a 10-year history. Being ghosted and told to send my own medical records through a portal is not the professional transition of care I expected. Both Patty and Liz have been argumentative, mean, and dismissive throughout this process. Their "take it or leave it" attitude, blocking access, and the pressure they are applying regarding these fees have effectively ended my time as a patient. It's disappointing to see a decade of trust thrown away because of how the front desk has handled this. Since Liz and Patty are acting as a road block and believe Dr. Raiman will not return my call, I have no choice but to put up a post.

He is an an extraordinarily knowledgeable physician and master diagnostician, and we always felt that we were in the most capable hands. Dr. Raiman was consistently easy to speak with, caring, attentive, and responsive. We truly appreciated his ability to explain medical issues clearly and compassionately and with steady calm whenever we had concerns. His office staff, with Patty and Liz, were always friendly, efficient and welcoming, which made every visit smooth and comfortable. The only reason we had to leave Dr. Raiman's clinic was our move to another city far from his office -otherwise, we would have stayed under his care without hesitation. We were immensely grateful for everything that Dr. Raiman did for us. Barbara & Abraham K.

Dr. Ali Sherbani thinks he's an important man. He is a laughing stock. A joke. He's nothing! He has…read moreno brains, no ability. His ex-patients are laughing out of fear, not because he's funny, but because his unorthodox approach and recommendations are so outlandishly dangerous Dr. Sheybani just doesn't make any medical sense. I have several audio recordings of each and every individual appointment I had with this doctor to backup my claim. Audio doesn't lie, but Dr. Sheybani does. From day one it was nothing but lies, after lies, after bad advice, after more bad advice. He sent me to three different independent orthopedic surgeons, disregarding their orders that surgery was not an option. Even then, he continued to shop me around to additional orthopedic surgeon until he would be able to find one who would accept his recommendation for surgery. When I asked Dr. Sheybani about one particular orthopedic surgeon he sent me to, a Dr. Jonathan Botts at the Los Angeles Orthopedic Institute, Dr. Sheybani told me, and I quote, " Dr. Botts is the worst orthopedic surgeon in his Network. I don't recommend him, he's a terrible surgeon and has no experience. End quote." Also on audio recording as well. Not to mention the pain medication NIGHTMARE the doctor has me on is causing opioid induced hypersensitivity to my injury. Causing a state of uncertainty, delay, and stagnation. Finally, after going through all my audio evidence, I just couldn't take it any longer. I had to let Dr. Sheybani go as my primary care physician. Giving Dr. Sheybani the boot before he could do any additional harm to my mental and physical health. When I went fourth firing this doctor for incompetence and the many lies I've caught him in on audio recording, all I had to show for was a opioid dependency to pills. Now, I'm going through severe opioid withdrawals, and his arrogant attitude towards my concern for my well-being is the only thing I've gained from Joy Medical. Dr. Sheybani is a total ass hole. Bella's always grouchy in a bad mood. I found her very unpleasant. She likes to slam the phone down in your face. I hope she doesn't treat senior citizens with such aggressive intention, she's mean. Unprofessional, disrespectful, down mouthing whippersnapper, rude personality. Probably because the doctor has his Joy Medical team on drugs, pharmaceuticals. Crystal told me she was on Adderall, which I have on audio recording. Get a good look at their eyes, even the doctor, you can see it in their fully dilated pupils. Actually, Joy Medical would be perfect for drug seeking behavior patients who are looking to get high. Go see Dr. Sheybani he'll hook you up. He might even turn you into a junkie!

He is asking patients for cash "Administrative Costs" and billing Insurance at the same time. He will eventually lose his license because of his practices. He and his staff know they are breaking the law and when confronted they backtrack. This is a drug dealer not a doctor. He will keep you coming in for no reason except for his financial gain. Saw him several times and he referred me to absolutely no other doctor. Asked him for a urinalysis for a UTI and he actually told me NO. What? That's his job. He's mentally not there. His staff is totally rogue. I believe the young non-Persian receptionist, I think her name is Ashley, is rude, ignorant and needs to be trained how to treat patients respectfully. Don't believe the 5 start reviews he's a waste of time and money. Believe the honest horrible reviews that are on here. Scary there are doctors in our area that are dangerous to our community.

This office is legitimately a front for some kind of scams ghost office or something…read more My gf had an appointment on Monday where she was given a prescription that was supposed to be ready by "end of day". She went to the pharmacy and nothing had been delivered by WEDNESDAY. We called the doctor office non stop and they didn't answer but kept redirecting us to leave a voicemail but the voicemail box is full. We then just went into the office and spoke with the front office who alerted us that the doctor is only in on mondays and that there is NO DOCTOR THERE. My gf urgently needed her prescription as she ran out on Wednesday morning and the front desk lady advised us to wait until the doctor is in again on Monday so they can send the prescription out again. Idk what type of doctor's office doesn't have a doctor in on ANY DAY EXCEPT MONDAY. Sounds like some tax scam thing were they just have the worse human beings that exist on earth sitting at a desk not answering the phone until you come in and say something. You'd be better off going to a doctors office in hell than going here. Also this place is review boosting and having bots leave good reviews just to combat their disgusting reputation
