He listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and ensures you feel supported every step of the way. His entire team, from the phone service representatives to the nurse practitioners, and his staff reflects the same level of professionalism and kindness. I have been a patient of Dr. Armin S. Arasheben for approximately five years. When I first became…read morehis patient, I was very satisfied with his care. He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.

I've never met Dr. Arasheban personally, but I've been a physician for over 10 years and have encountered many patients who have him as their doctor. What has always stood out to me is how consistently they speak about him with a level of appreciation and trust that goes beyond simply being satisfied with their medical care. That kind of relationship between a physician and patient is increasingly rare. The impression I've gotten over the years is of a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes personal responsibility for helping them navigate their health. That deserves recognition.

From the initial time I had the procedure done to this second go around about a year later, his professionalism, thorough explanations, and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease. So much so, I call myself a walking advertisement for any family and friends who are suffering from similar aches. PRP with Dr. Shukhman is the way to go. The procedure itself was smooth. Dr. Shukhman has always taken the time to explain every step and made sure I understood what to expect during and after the treatment. The first go around it was within a short period of time I started to feel the difference. He has become my primary care doctor, the PRP is just a plus side to the many health procedures he offers. The staff is courteous, the environment is clean and calming, and Dr. Shukhman always takes the time to truly listen. His medical practice has been a real asset to my overall health and recovery. This is something that is RARELY seen in medical practices. You typically get 10 minutes with a doctor before they have to move on. Dr. Shukhman ALWAYS takes his time to listen to every single concern and explain everything to the most minute detail. A complete change to the medical world. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was treated like utter crap by this doctor and I trusted Dr Shukmans referral and didn't do the research because of that. After coming out of the terrible experience with the referral Dr, I read their reviews and they were awful! Dr Shukman really needs to check out his referrals better in the future as this lost him my business and maybe others who read this review. All I can say is no matter how much you trust your doctor, always check their referrals as I would. NEVER have gone to this OBGYN had I read their reviews reviews first.
