Dr. Arasheben was okay over the 7+ years that I utilized him as my primary physician. However, I found his portal to be largely dysfunctional and administration often lacking. Regularly, I would order refills using the portal only to end up calling the doctor's office to get things done after days passed with nothing happening. (The outgoing message for the doctor encouraged using the portal for refills.) Communications to Dr. A via the portal would often lack a proper response, too. I became tired wasting time having to repeat communications. Also, at times, Dr. A appeared hurried -- not a calming, relaxed bedside manner typical of physicians I see. I had enough and changed doctors at the beginning of this year. Some post favorable reviews here, so ... good luck. read more

short and sweet... I'm 66 years old so i have had quite a few doctors. Most of whom were nice and effective helping me. But as i got older i needed answers and solutions - Dr. Arasheben has been glaringly superior to most. Listens, responds and follows through. Needing specialists now a days, i have a team of remarkable doctors. Some keep me baffled how much they go out of their way to help me get better. I cant speak more highly of Dr. A. but be patient, in todays times they are overworked and that is something that wont change since Insurance controls healthcare. read more

I've been a patient with Dr. Arasheben for many years, since I believe 2016. But time and time again, the front desk staff are condescending and offensive. They do not hear the patient and their needs. Case in point, had a telehealth with NP Erica, but something went wrong with the links and basically blamed me for being on the wrong meeting. I checked the links, and it was the one for the appoint I had changed to. Had 4 phone calls back and forth, and then said, we can no longer have her speak to you. It will have to be after the weekend. Today is Thursday. No, I'm sorry, let's try to have something pushed or try to get her on right now. So sympathy at all. Customer Service is abysmal sorry to say. The Dr. and NPs are good but front of house, desk help or even the aids, gives this place a big fat 0! No stars! So pathetic. read more

Very friendly and thorough, would recommend. Their office staff and help desk team is extremely responsive and helpful.

His a good dr, but his front office staff are a bunch of new students with no experience, making it very hard to get an appointment or get authorization. Not worth it for me anymore, I'm leaving after 5 years. The telehealth appointments are just not for everyone, and the front desk are not there to help patients; all they learn to take the co-pay. read more

Wow, in a world of corporate managed health care, where it seems like insurance companies direct more and more of the patients individual health needs, Dr Armin Arasheben is a breath of fresh air. His bed side manner, old fashioned concern and care, his compassionate ability to listen to his patients and genuine desire to treat each patient uniquely, restores my faith in the medical system I knew as a child and young man. It harkens back to another time in history of the real family doctor who knew your name and cared about his or her patients. It's been a long time since a doctor spent as long as Dr Arasheben did in my office visit with him today. He has been in practice a long time, yet still responds to every appointment with me like I was his only patient. The Dr has a way of breaking down my questions, and explaining issues calmly, clearly and leaves me a feeling of assurance when I leave my appointments. Not to mention his down to earth personality, sense of humor that helps disarm a patient like me who tends to get nervous and anxious when seeing a physician. I am a member of the LGBTQ community, and Dr. Arasheben has never made me feel judged or ashamed when I have had to address my particular unique health issues as a gay man. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares or high parking lot costs at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did. One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! So it's nice to see Dr. Arasheben's respect for his patients' time. As far as the appointment itself, Dr. Arasheben listened attentively to our concerns, took the time to address each issue thoroughly, provided us with great medical advice/feedback and referred us to the appropriate specialist when necessary. You're not walking into the most modern or flashy looking building, but you are walking out with quality care and I find that way more valuable. The office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I brought my 95-year old mother to Dr. A for a first visit to establish ongoing care with him as she just relocated to the area. Dr. A. was personable, related well to my mother and spent enough time with her to gain an understanding of who she is both personally and in terms of her health in order to begin offering her quality medical care. We were both so impressed by his approach and recommendations as well as the next day follow-up by his team. I feel very fortunate that I found such a caring and capable physician to care for my mother. I know she's in good hands. read more

Perhaps one of the worst doctor office experiences I have ever had. First, you need to know they have lots of "procedures" of how you work with them. They want to move people through very quickly so as to get the most from insurance. They like to do everything through a very outdated portal. They refuse to give you treatment until you have signed up on their online portal. The office was very sketchy, dirty and down right depressing. Never met the doctor. I'm not convinced he's at the locations. Last, they had never heard of Capsule (the national pharmacy chain) and said they can't find them in their "system" and refused to call in my prescription. Please keep in mind, I called the pharmacy and got them on the phone in 5 minutes. So please understand this office refused to call my pharmacist and give them my prescription. Instead, they are relying on an outdated system and protocols. I did not get one sense of them caring about patients - this office is only focused on patient turnover to make a quick buck from the insurance companies. I'm dumbfounded at how bad this experience was. Avoid at all costs. read more
