Regularly, I would order refills using the portal only to end up calling the doctor's office to get things done after days passed with nothing happening. (The outgoing message for the doctor encouraged using the portal for refills.) Communications to Dr. A via the portal would often lack a proper response, too. I became tired wasting time having to repeat communications. Also, at times, Dr. A appeared hurried -- not a calming, relaxed bedside manner typical of physicians I see. He had seen me a few weeks ago to meet me, and I just think it's amazing that he let me get the medicine. Talk to me over the phone and helped me feel better by the afternoon.‼ we are so over the moon with this fantastic doctorand his amazing staff‼
