Instead of helping resolve the problem professionally, the conversation became unproductive and felt disrespectful. We did not feel heard or taken seriously as clients. Additionally, my fiancé's previous review about this experience was removed, which is very concerning. Because of that, I am sharing this experience again. This situation raises serious concerns about both customer service and transparency. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle client concerns in the future.
