Came here for the first time and was SO impressed! Usually my Botox takes a week to show up but it only took a few days to see results. Can't wait to come back read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I'm extremely disappointed after spending $675 on Botox that faded within a month. I've been getting Botox for years and have never experienced anything like this. At the two-week mark, everything looked fine, so I didn't think I needed a touch-up. But by about three and a half weeks, it looks like I need a completely new treatment. That's unacceptable for the price. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Rita is very kind and accommodating. She always gives me her honest opinion and is not trying to sell you anything you don't need. She is fantastic for Botox and dysport and the first time I went to her and I needed a small touch up and she was very quick to get me in and didn't charge me for it. She takes great notes so now we know how much I need on each area and every part of my face. Highly recommend her. read more

I had the best experience at Forever Young Medical Spa with Nurse Rita. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and truly has an artistic eye. My Botox looks smooth and natural, and my lip filler came out perfectly shaped--plump but still beautifully subtle. The whole process felt comfortable, professional, and personalized. I couldn't be happier with my results and I'm already excited for my next visit! I love you Rita! read more

I went in for 1 procedure, but left doing another. Diana was my nurse and she is amazing, full of knowledge, and really pays attention to detail. The only thing I wasn't a fan of, was during my procedure other nurses would knock on the door and come into the room needing Diana. I then felt as though things were being rushed, bc those nurses that came in stayed in until Diana was done with my procedure. Would have been nice to have the room without disruption. But Diana is fantastic and did a wonderful job. The spa itself is beautiful, and all the ladies are very welcoming. Check their IG for promos and deals going on too!! read more

I'm an older guy of 56 who never thought of Botox until recently.. I work with much younger people and they started commenting on my wrinkles and making jokes about my age. Im in good shape, youthful looking and acting, but my forehead and eyes showed my true age. Nurse Rita took tge time to explain to me the entire process, effects, and care/maintenanc. I truly knew nothing coming in to her but left well informed and completely comfortable. Almost immediately tge effects showed. People commenting on how good I looked that same day. I'm cool with the aging process, I don't expect miracles, but I will do things like this to make me feel OK along the way. I really appreciate Nurse Rita being so nice to me and giving me a great treatmen! read more

I was so skeptical about getting any kind of work done because of past experiences I had with other professionals. I got cheek fillers and Botox done. My biggest concern was the Botox because previously I have gotten it done and it changed the shape of my eyebrows and completely froze my forehead (I always ask for a natural look). Rita was so comforting from the very beginning. I went in for a consultation and she explained everything in the most professional way. She was so knowledgeable and was able to calm my anxiety throughout the entire process. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results! She followed up multiple times and even asked me to come back for a follow up. (No one ever asked me to come back for a follow up). I am never going anywhere else after the most amazing experience I've had with Rita. I would highly recommend her to anyone! read more
