I arrived on time for my appointment. Upon arrival, Dr. Darush seemed different than usual and appeared somewhat distracted. During my appointment, he received a phone call on his personal cell phone and answered it. He then told me he needed to step outside to the parking lot. At that time, I had already been numbed and was waiting for the procedure to begin. Approximately 30 minutes passed while I remained in the treatment room. I became increasingly concerned and uncomfortable due to the length of time he was gone and the lack of explanation. I came out of the room to request a refund because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding. Each time I came out, the nurse urgently told me that he would be back soon and repeatedly instructed me to return to the room. Her reaction made me feel even more uneasy, as I felt she was trying to prevent me from going out to the parking lot. When Dr. Darush eventually returned, his demeanor seemed completely different. He appeared upbeat and said, "Okay, let's do it!" He also returned with an unfamiliar man who remained in the waiting room. I did not know who this individual was, and his presence added to my discomfort. At that point, I told Dr. Darush that I no longer felt comfortable having him perform the procedure. I explained that his leaving for an extended period of time, combined with the circumstances surrounding his return, caused me to question whether I could trust him to perform a medical procedure on me safely. In response, Dr. Darush said, "I don't do drugs like you do." I was shocked by this statement. I do not use drugs and do not drink alcohol. I felt this comment was inappropriate, accusatory, and extremely concerning coming from a physician. After this interaction, I no longer felt that I could trust Dr. Darush to perform any procedure on me. I requested a refund, and he left the area, brought the same individual from the waiting room, and took him into a back office area that was not a medical treatment room. I cannot say what was happening, but the entire experience was extremely concerning and made me feel unsafe. Given the circumstances, I believe this behavior warrants review. I am considering reporting this incident to the medical board because I am concerned about whether Dr. Darush is currently able to safely and professionally provide medical care to patients.

I went to a previous place for laser hair removal and it was painful. I saw an add for the same service for cheaper. I decided to give them a call and try them out. I explained my issues and they said I should try them out. I went in thinking that it was going to be torture. Its not bad at all. almost at full setting with no numbing . I am in love with this place. Great staff that is really reassuring. And Dr. Azizad is amazing and sweet. I am now done with my lip, on to my underarms, and next on to the dreaded embarrassing Brazilian. I know I am in good hands and cant wait to be completely hairless. read more

She constantly interrupted me, talked over me, and would not let me finish a sentence. Every time I tried to explain what I was asking, I was cut off before I could even get the words out. What bothered me most was how belittling the entire interaction felt. There is a way to tell a customer no. There is a way to explain a policy. You can disagree with someone and still speak to them like a human being. Instead, I got off the phone feeling like I had been talked down to and made to feel incredibly small simply for trying to ask a question. I wasn't rude, aggressive, or disrespectful. I was genuinely trying to have a conversation and understand the situation, and I couldn't even do that because I was barely allowed to speak. For a business where clients are trusting you with treatments and their bodies, how you make people feel matters. After speaking with the manager, I would never feel comfortable coming here for a treatment. I've dealt with plenty of frustrating customer service situations before, but I've never felt compelled to write a review solely because of the way someone spoke to me.
