I don't even know where to begin! I was contemplating between starting laser and trying this out but my friend pushed me towards this. This is the only FDA approved way of permanent hair removal. The only thing is I'm extremely non tolerant to pain so I was worried about that. So to ease with it, I had my dr prescribe me a numbing topical cream. I had been getting electrolysis for over 2 years (every two weeks @ $60 a visit) with another Electrologist and I was making progress in removing facial hair, slowly but noticeably, but I was still far from reaching my goal. About 6 months ago when getting ready to leave on a trip I was unable to get an appointment with my regular lady. I wound up making an appointment with Ani and everything changed. I've only had 4 appointments and I probably have less than a dozen hairs left. I know those will be gone soon and permanently. Here's the difference that I noticed: -Before I had to use numbing cream and the electrolysis was still painful. With Ani, there is no numbing cream needed and it's not painful at all. -Before the progress was very slow and barely noticeable each month. With Ani, I notice a HUGE difference after every visit. We've accomplished as much in 6 months as in the 2 years prior. -Before I would have one week after a session before I had hairs growing back in and would have to deal with having a prickly face for a week until my next visit. With Ani, my face is clear for almost a month until a few hairs grown in and they're super fine. -Before I was spending at least $120 a month and well over 2 hours of my time in sessions. With Ani, I am spending $45, less than once a month, and it only takes 15 minutes per session. In conclusion, I highly recommend Ani's electrolysis. It is so effective and pleasant. If you compare prices you will see that Ani charges more per timed increment but overall you will spend a fraction of the price of going elsewhere.
