I came in as a walk in and asked if she had time and she acted all high and might and was like "either you wait or you come back, I don't have time to explain when I can fit you in" Then she had me wait for a long time with out telling me she couldn't do it. I have to say im soooo disappointed and upset how Nikki did my eyebrows, there two different shapes there gaps and bald spots, she colored them in to make them look good but when i took off the tint, they are hideous!! Mind you i just took almost two most of growing them in to be even, I have nice thick brows, for her to mess it all up, i wish i would have seen the under neath before i left because i wouldnt have paid her nothing!! Nikki is the absolute BEST! She beautifies hopeless eyebrows & works magic on your nails. I love how she never rushes on my brows and even massages them after she waxes. If I could give it negative stars I would ! Called earlier today because I read the great reviews on how "sweet" and "great" Nikki was. Too bad I'll never find out if she actually does a good job. First off Nikki was so rude and short over the phone but I get it maybe she was busy. I get to my 330 appointment around 325. No one acknowledges me until like 5 min later where I'm guessing Nikki asks "what do you want?". I told her I had an appointment with her at 330. She didn't say anything ! She was with another customer at the time but the least she could say is "I'll be with you soon" or anything ! I waited 15 min still she hasn't said anything so finally I decided to walk out. HORRIBLE customer service!!! read more

This was a bad experience because of uncleanliness, dishonesty, and incompetence. 1. As she finished with customer, she did not use soap to wash her hands, but simply put her hands under water. 2. She filled in my eyebrows with liner so I couldn't see what had happened. I looked like a clown, and I told her to take it off. 3. She took too much off my left eyebrow, so it looked like it just cut off. She then denied it, and blamed it on my hairs being too "light." read more
