The second time I went there to do regular laser just like I did as before they tried to up charge me more on technicality. Don't even bother calling them, I don't know if they gave me this pricing on purpose or if it's their standard pricing but let me break it down for you I contacted them on march 24, 2026 And this is the ridiculous pricing I got Full back $170 Shoulder $60 Full face $50 Ears $30 Neck $40 So basically to do my entire face neck, shoulders, and back it will cost me $350 just for one session I have been doing laser, my whole life and I have never paid... I've been coming here for about 3-4years. I'm not sure if it's under new management but I'm not happy with their service. I normally buy a package of 2 sets of 6 seasons and they never have appointments. They are either 2-3 months out. The previous receptionist was about to squeeze me in cause my seasons are literally less than 10min. I wasn't happy with the last session. I called the office 2x today and left a voicemail. I didn't get a callback. Another thing they were so secretive about Mary no longer being there. One person said she's only there 2x and someone else said she no longer works there. I love coming here. The staff is great! I feel extremely comfortable when getting my privates Lasered. The only downside I think is the building, the parking and it just doesn't feel like a 5 star office. If you need to use the restroom you have to use a shared one with the rest of the business in that building. read more

Today I came back for my second time and did more areas because the results were amazing!! The place is so clean and inviting and all the staff is so nice and helpful! I have been coming here for three months now. The first two sessions were pleasant and the lady that was doing my treatment was super nice too. The front desk receptionist had a little attitude but I just assume that is persona they wanted to upkeep for the spa, bitchy upscale. The last time I came the technician just seemed super annoyed and miserable for every body part she had to do and the results didn't even show up on any part of my body. But today was probably the worse experience I have ever had in spa care. I show up 15 minutes early for my appointment (last time they called me and my bad several times because I was running five minutes behind) and I'm waiting about 45 minutes, I understand sometimes procedures take longer depending on how the patient is reacting to it and sometimes last minute add ons are requested, and the technician comes out and takes the person who came in after me. At this point I go up to ask the receptionist, and she says her appointment was before yours and her session is shorter . When I persist on the fact that it is not my concern that they scheduled someone after me who needed less work done and my appointment time should be honored, the blond receptionist basically tells me to leave if I don't like it and that they would be charging me a cancellation fee, after I have waited at this point 55 minutes. I'm sure you can go somewhere else where your concerns are handled in a more professional manner. Only reason to come is here proximity. read more

So let me start off by explaining that i had been going to a different lazer hair removal spot out in Oxnard, CA. I would mainly go for my face. 100 bucks for the face and if you still have to get your face lazered after the 5th time you get it for half the price.
