I was so nervous that I almost canceled my appointment, but I'm incredibly glad I didn't. The doctor has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. He was patient, kind, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. He handled my anxiety with so much compassion, stopping as many times as I needed when I became overwhelmed--even through a full-blown panic attack. That level of patience meant more to me than I can put into words. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained exactly what he could realistically accomplish. He never tried to oversell me or push unnecessary treatments. I even asked about Botox for my upper lip, and he told me, "You don't need it." That kind of integrity is rare and made me trust him even more. I've had a septoplasty in the past, and my nose was still noticeably crooked. After my liquid rhinoplasty, I'd honestly say it's about 85-90% improved. I couldn't believe the difference. The filler alone made the entire visit worth it. The office staff was just as amazing--friendly, welcoming, and understanding from the moment I walked in. This was my first time ever getting Botox, so I'm still waiting to see the full results from that, but based on my experience so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone. If you're nervous, anxious, or even thinking about canceling like I almost did, don't. You're in excellent hands.

I met Sarah a year ago when I popped my head into her skin salon for an appointment. She was nice enough to take me in THAT day despite her busy schedule. But before she even booked me, she really took the time to explain what electrolysis is, how it works, what the benefits are, how long till I will see results, and everything and anything related to how the skin works with hair follicles. Saying that she is extremely knowledgeable on skin and hair is an understatement. I noticed results almost immediately. Electrolysis does take time but I saw small results every session. Every person is different so results/time will vary. Also, she is extremely inexpensive compared to many other skin spas and cares for you and your skin so much. I have already referred friends here who will not disagree. Check Sarah out!
