Pacific Stone and Tile has been our source for natural stone, porcelain and quartz on several remodeling projects for over 10 years now. This week, I asked Danny and Matthew if they could match some 12x24 porcelain tile we purchased there over 5 years ago - they quickly tracked it down in their system with just my phone number, and it was ready within the week. Pacific Stone has always offered a huge selection with friendly and and helpful staff (i.e. don't forget to pick out your grout after selecting tile). The store is very convenient if you're west of the 405.... read more

My wife and I had a great experience with Danny, at Pacific Stone Tile on 3/7/2026 We are currently in the middle of a bathroom remodel and were looking for a very specific look and material. Danny was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to walk us through the different material options, tile/stone slabs, marble and explained the pros and cons of each. We had visited other businesses prior, but he and the young lady at the counter were very welcoming and professional. The service was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this local gem to anyone in the area! read more

Just want to tell you my experience. I had been searching for one piece of tile for the whole day for a small project. I only needed one piece because only one small piece needed repair. I walked in and Danny was able to match and provide that piece for me. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and even provided some extra grout for free he had on hand to save me a trip to the hardware store. I installed the tile and it was a perfect match. Now Pacific Stone Tile & Marble is my go to spot and I will recommend them anytime. read more

Wide selection or tiles and samples and huge range of quartz. Danny and Norma are great!

We remodeled several bathrooms and Norma was amazing to work with! We made an appointment and she spent 2 hours with us at the store designing and picking out floor and shower tiles. We had to contact her several times to order or switch out tiles and she was always on it. read more

I was referred to Pacific Stone & Tile by my contractor. Picking tile for a stall shower and flooring can be overwhelming. However, When I told Jose what I was looking for he brought the samples together and i found exactly what I wanted. If the color was not right he would find another sample to help me choose. I can't wait to see the outcome of our guest bathroom remodel. I highly recommend them, very helpful and at a good price. read more

My partner and I walked into Pacific Stone and Tile just to look around in regards to a bathroom renovation! Was NOT expecting the large selections they had to offer and I'm one that typically frequents Walker Zanger, Ann Sacks, etc. Danny was extremely helpful and ended up getting us an amazing price on some large format tile we needed. Grateful we stopped by and excited to purchase material from them in the future. I will most definitely return and look forward to referring them business as well. read more

Really good selection and very good customer service. They have a really great showroom. Parking can be tricky so give your self time to find parking on the street. Norma is my go-to designer there, she has great suggestions! read more

LOOK ELSEWHERE. No matter how much you confirm dimensions they will deliver you whatever they have on hand, lie about the conversation (we have texts to prove it) and expect you to foot the bill and inconvenience for the difference. They do not hold to their word and threaten leans instead of providing refunds to cover their damages. read more

Amazing selection of tile at this store. I went in looking for subway tile for our kitchen renovation. Danny was very helpful with narrowing down my options. He had me set up with everything I need to install the tiles in my kitchen while giving me an offer that I could completely afford without compromising quality and design I really wanted. read more

BUYER BEWARE We were referred to this company by our contractor. Our initial meeting with them went great, and we felt confident enough to place our tile order with them. Unfortunately, the rest of the transaction took a turn for the worse. I was sold an additional 22 shower floor/nitche pieces unnecessarily. We did not receive a breakdown of our purchase because their printer was "broken". The item was priced at $12.99 totaling $285.78. I returned the product 2 hours after I picked it up and left the product with Norma, and requested a refund. I never agreed nor did I sign their terms of service. The business owner is refusing to refund. The owner is now in possession of my money and the product. Norma lacks integrity, knowledge of the product and lacks business ethics. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will be taking legal action for the mere principal. read more

this place is amazing! it's tiny but their selection of tile is fantastic! everything from traditional to modern to global. Abel is a true gentleman and Norma.... she's SPECTACULAR! she had great ideas and helped me chose which size tile would work best in our master. and she was right! also, my tile arrived 3 DAYS after i ordered it!!! miraclulous! i'll never go to a megastore for tile/stone again!!! read more

I drove from Camarillo in hopes of finding good quality tile for a bathroom that I was renovating. Norma assisted me in matching the tile, Riverwalk flooring, and baseboards. It was quick and painless as she sat me down and together we reviewed all bathroom options. Without her knowledge and expertise I would not been able to be as successful as I was. Most companies I went to will not take the time to go over unique bathroom options. Thank you for your help Norma! read more

If yelp had the option of giving 10 stars, I would! I'm back again for another project for our outdoor BBQ , previously, it was for our kitchen and living room. There is only place I will shop for tile and marble, great selection and excellent customer service at Pacific Stone, Tile and Marble. Thanks Norma, you always seem to know what I like and you have a great eye for helping me pick out amazing tiles. It's always a pleasure doing business with you. I would give them -100 if I could. Good product. Nice selection but got cheated. Danni (Salesman) was nice when I purchased marble tiles. However, later on he tried to cheat me out of the tiles I've purchased. I was out of town and my contractor went to pick up the tiles. He picked up part of the tiles and left 90 tiles to pick up later. The next day I came back and saw mismatch in the number of tiles I've purchased, being delivered, and number of tiles still outstanding: 29 missing tiles worth about $450. When I called Danni, he said he gave my contractor 121 slabs but I only saw 92 and he tried to blame it on my contractor. I trust my contractor - he has access to my home. He works for a lot of my friends too - nothing ever went missing. My contractor said he forgot to count how many he picked up - only counted how many left in the back order. I think this is where Danni saw opportunity. In the receipt, he later scribbled a note saying 121 tiles distributed. When confronted he denied it. When I threatened him with cancelling the transaction and filing a fraud report - he immediately changed his mind and told me that he will get the rest from the distributor and give them to me for free. I knew he was lying because earlier in the morning before he came to the store, another salesman told me that my tiles were already there. This guy has no respect for his customers and is a thief. Be aware. read more

Horrible products quality. I spent 3k there and received inferior and flawed products. I tossed out the whole lot and started over with a competitor and received top quality products and service. Stay away from ALL their quartz products. They are garbage and you will find better elsewhere. read more

The tile is nice, but the bookkeeping is about as bad as it gets. I put in a back splash in the kitchen. PST&M has a nice selection. However, they estimated the order arrival date and said they would call. They never called. When I called several days after the estimated date they wanted my invoice number and the person's name who ordered it. Who remembers the sales person's name? Apparently they don't follow orders according to customer name or phone number but according to sales person. Commission sales? Later, when I needed more tile they claimed I had never been their customer. I had to actually go to the store with my invoice to order more tile. Again they gave me an arrival date and never called. Again I called. Again they wanted the sales person's name and my invoice number. Then they wanted me to photograph my invoice and email them. Still no call back. I called again. You know the drill now--invoice number and sales name. We'll call you back after we check the warehouse. A huge pain to work with these folks. The tile is great but the bookkeeping needs an overhaul. I'll be going elsewhere next time--somewhere that links inventory to customer, not to sales people. read more

DO NOT BUY from this business. This business is UNINSURED! I own a Construction Co. and have purchased Tens of Thousands of Dollars in Tile/Stone, etc. without any knowledge of this business being Uninsured! While their UNLICENSED & UNINSURED Fork Lift Operator (as it turned out) was loading my truck with my last tile purchase, the Fork Lift Operator put the blade of the Fork Lift into my closed tailgate causing THOUSANDS of Dollars in damage. Apparently, he was too ignorant to open the door first. Danny (Store Manager) and direct salesman to my company for several years literally had the audacity to deny this incident even though it happened while I was literally in his store making payment for the very tile being loaded into my truck and refused to provide his Ins info later stating the business IS NOT INSURED. The business owner refused to even speak with me regarding the incident. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable INSURED Business. The ignorant Business Owner & Manager preferred to throw away many years of dedicated business over about $2K in damage that they caused. read more

This tile shop is my one stop to tile, grout, prefabs and of-course the newest tiles in the market. If you feel not sure what to do with your bathroom tiles or kitchen tiles, this is the place to go. I have ordered tiles from other places and non have ever been honest like these guys, in terms of receiving what you order and getting your tiles on time. Their service is great and the location too. Thanks Pacific Stone for making my life easy and having all the newest tile trend in your show room!:)) read more

I had a great experience there with Norma, she made sure to have her driver take a sample of my marble and match all the marble pencils, the marble borders, and marble designs, she kept me informed by phone about my order as well. Showed up at 4pm -closed- supposed to be open till 5? Inconvenient when I drove 49 min. To get here!

Dani was helpful with assisting us on finding the right tile for our home. We were inquiring about the differences in durability in Quartz and Marble, or Granite (although they don't sell granite), and he was very informative. He even gave us tips with grouting techniques. Prices are reasonable, and they don't seem shady at all. But I would say they might be understaffed. read more

I have worked with Pacific Stone on a couple of projects. First, I went in to check out their quartz selection for my kitchen counter top. I was impressed with the variety that their showroom offered. I had been all over the Valley and kept seeing the same items and Pacific Stone had options that I hadn't seen anywhere else. I was very impressed! I worked with Norma from start to finish and she was wonderful. I used one of their recommended installers and he was phenomenal. I am updating my bathroom and stopped in to see their flooring options. Once again, I was impressed with their selection and found a unique option that I haven't seen elsewhere -- or anything like it. Norma helped me again and made some magic happen in getting it in quicker than promised. Would definitely recommend Pacific Stone! read more
