I just wanted to give a shout out to Ace building materials, because each time I've gone there to ask questions and look for products, their sales people have been extremely helpful. This last time, I took a picture of a stone I really liked but forgot to identify what it was. When I called to ask, they allowed me to text a picture, then somebody went into the design showroom, identified the stone, and called me back several times to make sure I knew what the product was. The employees knew what they were talking about and had several options to show me. From concrete pavers to brick pavers and even porcelain, I ended up choosing concrete because of the lead times and pricing. They delivered the products straight to my house and even referred some installers for me to work with. My next purchase is going to be a gas fire pit from Ace. got the reply for ACE explaining that the purchase price was higher, so that is why you sold for a higher price. Sorry, but no. 1) I found an ad on offerUp app that deletes these ads all the time bc of price gouging people 2) when I came to your store you had no masks on the shelves - ZERO. 3) only when I referred to "offerUp ad" some person came to me and led me to the office on the right from the entrance where there were tons of boxes of these masks 4) I was sold the masks for a crazy price and NO RECEIPT was given. E.g. don't play games. I seriously doubt you even paid the taxes from this sale - at least I received my masks at the cashier (!) and he did not even move to issue a receipt, while when a guy next to me was buying something for construction, he WAS issued a receipt at once. So NO - it was not a clean deal, sorry. Shady AF - if it was a scene from a cinema, it would have been a scene of selling drugs. read more

Really great customer service! They carry EZR replacement foundation/crawlspace vents and they are seriously the best thing ever. Super durable and easy to install. I originally bought 3 and after installing them went back to get 8 more they were that good! The gentleman helping me today was very knowledgeable on all of their products and the application of those products. These guys have great selection and will save you money ( saved me about 18% vs their competition down the street). Also whereas it takes you 8 hrs to park shop, load up and leave most places, I was out of here in less than 15 mins Very courteous staff. I am an artist and fabricator. I was building a concrete countertop with stainless steel inlay. I needed some advice and had to find the exact product that would work best with the counter.
