I told him why I was there and right away he got into the project details with me. Even though, I was not gonna buy right away he still helped me out. The only local company that was cheaper than the hardware store. Then it went downhill. Called me to schedule a delivery time. I couldn't pick up the phone. She didn't leave a message. So I called the next day, and she said that since she couldn't reach me, I had been scheduled for a delivery the next day between such and such. **Why didn't you leave a message or sent an email???** Delivery arrived an hour in advance. Not a problem, thankfully. Everything was there, except.... 4 of the beams were bad, and one sheet of plywood was severely delaminated. **Did you really think I would be okay with bad quality wood??** They agreed to replace them. Not even a phone call to tell me when they're coming. Turns out this time I was away when they showed up. Not that far, but the driver was not happy. He had already loaded/unloaded the lumber, except for the sheet that was in my garage. I notice he brought only 3 beams, not 4. I figured I could arrange with Anel to get the final beam delivered. **Why was there a missing piece??** Well I was wrong. I tried reaching out many times to her. As you'd expect, she never answered emails, was always busy or not at the office, never returned my messages. Nobody else tried to help me. Ultimately I had to dispute the credit card transaction for the amount for the missing beam. I never heard from them, and I'm one piece short for my project.

This place has a drive thru lumber yard, so you can pull your truck straight in to the store and load it on to your truck, this alone makes it superior. My back is very happy about that. They have a great window selection, great quartz counter top selection, (also in the lumberyard). They have great deals on doors, floors, cabinets, and everything you need for new build or remodel. Love this place. Staff isn't overworked like other places, so they are MUCH more helpful and knowledgeable.
