Material sold by the 1/3 cu yard, but same price as a full cubic yard of material at other places slightly farther out of town I'd go here again inly when I need small amounts of stuff otherwise it's cheaper to drive farther for larger loads.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had…read more We returned approximately $3,000 worth of unused wood to DG Lumber. They accepted the material back into their warehouse and kept it, but they refused to refund our money. They now have both our material and our $3,000. I even went to the store in person to speak with the manager and politely ask for a refund. The manager refused to talk to me and simply said, "You can take your material back, but we will not issue any refund." At that point, the material had already been returned to their warehouse. I work in the fix-and-flip business and purchase building materials regularly. This is the last time I will ever buy from DG Lumber. I want other customers to know that if you purchase materials from this company, assume every sale is final. Even if they take the materials back and keep them in their warehouse, don't expect your money back. I would never recommend this company based on the way they treated us.

Alex greeted me and I showed him exactly what I searching for. He gave all the details regarding the Del Rio pebbles that I was interested in. Last week, I went in ready to make my purchase and met Jasson. I showed him photos of the area to be filled in and asked for his estimation of how much I would truly need. I didn't want to get to much because I had nowhere to store extra stones. His estimate was 8 bags. I purchased 5 just to make sure while planning to buy extra bags if needed. His estimation was right on the money! After laying the 5 bags I had purchased, 3 more was the exact fit. Unfortunately, when I picked up the remaining 3 bags and brought them home, I discovered that that wrong stones had been bagged and immediately called Balboa Brick. They were perfectly amazing as they easily swapped out the wrong stones for the right ones. Jasson and Alex are, by far, the best dudes! And, I will be back!

Also, they have a good variety of landscaping materials. Parking is available inside, but it is limited. We didn't encounter any issues though. We were helped as soon as we needed help. The gentleman who helped us made sure all was okay up until the end. No discounts as pebble prices are already lower per scoop; however, when we asked for a discount, the owner lightened up the atmosphere by telling us funny jokes. What I really liked was how fast and efficiently they delivered. In conclusion, we are very happy with the service we received here and definitely recommend this business.
