I took her to small claims court and won, but she's not paying. I wanted to put a lien on her property but she doesn't appear to own any property. This wasn't even everything. She missed the fact that the oven didn't work, and her report said the house had 3 bedrooms when it had 4. If you want confirmation I have everything documented and I'm happy to share. I have now read Lisa's response, and as you guys probably know, it's silly. Yes, she told me about various issues with the house BUT DID NOT BOTHER TELLING ME THAT 2 ROOMS HAD NO ELECTRICITY!! And she fails to acknowledge that I TOOK HER TO SMALL CLAIMS AND WON!! (By the way, this is a GREAT house. I bought it for $750k and it was appraised at $920k just a year later.) And now she's not paying the Judgment that was duly issued against her. I am working with an investigator who will be putting a lien on her bank account so I'll get paid eventually, but you should all know the hassle I'm going thru just to get paid. You should all know that not only is her work horrible, her ethics are a mess. Who the hell fails to pay a Judgment??!!
