I was working on a gardening project and really needed some specific white medium sized rocks. I had already checked out Home Depot and Lowe's but their prices were way too high for what I wanted. The people working there were so nice and helpful. They did not try to upsell me or make me spend more money than I had. In fact they did the opposite and helped me find something that was very economical for my budget. The place is impressive because they have a huge yard filled with all kinds of different rocks. They have everything from volcanic rocks to ones that look like they belong in Red Rock. They also have huge piles where you can haul rocks away in a truck for larger projects. I could not believe that they even sell giant boulders there. This is definitely my new favorite place for any rock or gardening projects. We asked when and if it would be back in stock and was advised by an employee to leave our name and number and no one got back to us which was very disappointing for a well established business. I am hoping the employee will get back to us and I can change my experience rating. I really need their help with my project. David was the employee that originally helped us and was very helpful explaining the materials and process but when we returned to the front office after looking at what they had to offer and deciding on the material, a different employee advised us that if we left our name and phone number someone would get back to us the same day, which we did. We were never told the product we chose was on back order, so we had no idea and therefore were waiting for the call. That is why we waited for the call instead of calling the business to make the same inquire. If we would have either gotten a call or told while we were there that the product was on back order that would have been great, and we could have looked for another option. I completely understand that if it's on back order it's not available and it's out of your control. I just wish that we were advised it was not available as we were very excited about laying down the material we had chosen. I don't know how he got his license, or if he ever got one, but no contractor should ask to be paid first then work, only the initial deposit is supposed to be upfront, the rest of the contract is based on completion of phases of the project, but he is famous for asking money first then when he got the money, start making excuses not to work, and finally, because he thought you are anxious, he pulls the scam want you to pay him full or he would just hang you dry. If you don't follow his order and want to fire him, he would send you texts and emails, threatening your life and your property (but stupid enough to put it in writing), so I went and got a restraining order from the court to forbid he even come near my house. This guy must be stopped, his workers had told me he screwed up many customers this way, but none reported because he either bully them or just took the money and ignore them because the customers are normally immigrants, so they don't know what is their right. He also screwed up his workers, normally those who really need works, so they get low pay and he just sit and collect his easy money. He doesn't know landscape at all, in fact, I don't think he got his license legally, because his English is lousy, how could he had passed the test. Be very wary if you want to deal with him, he only care about money, he don't want to do the job, yet he thinks the money in your pocket is his, nothing but a thief.

First, one of the things that you can see in the May 2022 attached photos is the material is beautiful. One of the things that is really good about these is that in 9 years, the appearance has remained in its original beautiful state. No fading, no cracks etc. The material is resistant to stains, sunlight damage and water damage. The contractor also built a custom inset entertainment center and other cabinets. It has taken a LONG time to resolve this issue and it is still not resolved. Beside the lack of customer service, the quality of the cabinets themselves is low. There are numerous inconsistencies throughout the whole kitchen. Save yourself the hassle and go with another cabinet maker. I wish I had looked up reviews of this company beforehand. Good luck.

They even have regular hardware items and paint in addition to a great selection of lumber and MDF. Ganahl will rip down what you need, and will do up to 5 (I think) additional cuts, charging a nominal amount per cut. I drive a regular car and had to get help cutting down 2x4, 1x4, and plywood sheets to fit in the car. Protip: they offer delivery for items you don't want to cut, too. Happy Ganahl exists.
