They also demolished an old shed anchored in concrete, graded the area, put in grass and planted 7 new cypress trees along the border. In addition, they removed an old non-functioning BBQ structure and cut down about 5 palo verde trees in the front yard. All of this was done in just 2.5 days, and the results exceeded my expectations. These guys know what they're doing and have a lot of experience. Victor and I first verbally agreed on the scope of work and price, and he followed up with a contract that reflected exactly what we discussed. Today was another example - I asked Steve if he would just check up on my back sprinklers bc I noticed they didn't run Monday and when he did, he found a HUGE leak in one of our main irrigation pipes!
