With Paul, you are talking to the builder/designer at the same time. On my second visit, I had measurements and a finalized-Walgreens/CVS/Walmart photo printout of the gate design I had wanted. He also showed me the materials he would be using for each of the component so that I know what I am committing to. So far, he had my full confidence. During today's installation, Paul did a very thorough job making sure the posts were cored (drilled) and cemented into the ground. Afterwards, he made sure the door was working properly before and after installing each component. He prides in his work knowing that it will last a very long time.
