From the beginning, Adis was incredibly responsive, punctual, professional, and very reasonably priced. He communicated with us throughout the entire project, explaining what he was doing and keeping us informed every step of the way. We initially thought we only needed a straightforward light replacement, but it turned out that the previous recessed lights were installed in old-style cans, and many had actually been glued and nailed into the ceiling, making removal extremely difficult. There were also some lighting issues when we bought the house due to the wiring throughout the house, which was a bit of a mess. We had a different (ALSO LICENSED and well-rated) electrician come over before for a different installation and he couldn't figure out the wiring/lighting issue! Instead of taking shortcuts or just giving up (like the other one, who was also nice and professional, did), Adis carefully corrected everything the right way. In a few areas, removing the old recessed lights caused some paint to come away with them, but he took the time to patch and clean each opening so every new light fit perfectly--tight, flush, and professionally finished. His attention to detail was incredible, and the final result was immaculate. He also installed a new outlet in our garage exactly the way we wanted it. When he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the house spotless. It's rare to find someone who is this skilled, honest, communicative, and meticulous. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and wants the finished product to be perfect. There was also an incident where he raised his voice at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable continuing to work with him. After walking off the job, he later showed up at my previous residence and attempted to access the property without prior arrangement to retrieve equipment he had left behind. This was captured on security cameras and was extremely concerning. I did not file a police report at the time due to fear of retaliation. Overall, this was an unprofessional and stressful experience. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly vet before hiring.

He came to my house to give a quote for a job I didn't use him for. 3. He came to my house one additional time (and now last time), to give a quote for a subpanel install outside. Within a few minutes of the third visit, after observing unrelated electrical work he didn't perform for me, he uttered something to the effect of "I've come to your house 2 or 3 times now and given you a quote, and you don't use me. I'm not going to provide a quote without charging 2 hours of labor, to measure the distance of the cable runs". On its own, a ridiculous statement which no other electrician has asked of me, as I have had other electricians bid for this job already that have no issues with taking out a tape measure and providing an estimate within a few minutes of being onsite. At the end of the day, I invited Roobik to my house in good faith, to provide an estimate for what will amount to several thousands of dollars of work, and rather than provide a quote, I got lectured and instructed to get a quote from the other electricians that have worked on my house. There are many electricians/contractors that aren't going to chastise you for not sending every job their way, I recommend you find a different electrician as this last (and final) interaction was baffling, unprofessional, and uncalled for.
