Amazon, move over. You are no longer the cheapest for every single thing. After my French Door LG gave up on me, it was time for another four-figure fridge purchase. I was sick of that bottomless pit freezer that you could never find anything in anyway. I hit up Lowe's first to see how things looked in real life. The fridge I chose is just awesome. Outside doors are smooth and clean. Inside the fridge is a secret filtered water dispenser. Up top is an ice maker that knows when to stop. Under $900 and $120 cheaper than the Amazon price. And everything in the freezer is easily visible as soon as you open the door. Delivery is free, but there was a $50 charge for the LG haul away, which I had to choice but to pay. On the plus side for us Burbankers, there's a new-fridge-rebate-program with a $50 cash rebate for any new fridge, which increases to $75 if purchased in the city of Burbank. Delivery day was a breeze. Lowe's calls you the night before with a time window and tons of text messages in the morning about when you are "next." The guys were super careful and even hauled away the giant fridge box. Brick and mortar is not dead!

This store is very clean and organized. It is easy to navigate and find items. Employees are not that friendly. It feels like they are hiding from customers. I was looking for an item and I couldn't find anybody to help me. So I had to check online to be able to find the item. Five stars for the garden. They really beautiful plants and trees to purchase. They have a big selection of cleaning supplies and plant food. They don't have cashiers and it's only self checkout. They have customer service which only does the returns not purchases. Parking is easy to find since it's located in the Empire Center.

    Thank you!

Big thank you to Reginald in the appliance center. We needed a special size refrigerator and an afternoon delivery time. Reginald scheduled everything. He made sure that I also got the hose supply line for the ice maker. Great job!

Located in Burbank Empire Center, this is a nice, clean, big Lowe's with a great nursery/outdoor section. I've been here a handful of times to purchase window treatments, xmas tree and decor, and plants. All our purchases have been satisfactory, with quality products. Will definitely return for future home project and plant needs!

Boy this was a busy place on the weekend. The season has changed and people are ready to start planting their vegetables and flowers. I went to the refrigerator section which was also busy. I was able to look around the store without any interruption. Boy there is too much of a selection. I am giving a four rating because no one approached me for assistance.

This is the men's room in Lowe's Burbank store. I wonder if they have the tools and parts to fix this correctly?

I just wanted to stop by earlier today to check out this place/nursery. It was so clean, tranquil and peaceful. When I walked in, I have noticed enormous selection of plants, artwork, toys for kids, artificial butterflies, and cute sentiments, momentous, little touches here and there. I looked around and didn't really see anything that I needed, but liked everything that was in this store. 2 employees wanted to know what was I looking for? I told them the minute something grabs my eye and attention I will let them know. They have a small shop that you can purchase coffee, snacks and other knick knacks. Overall, it was a nice experience to check out this lovely, beautiful place called Tansy. Employees were very nice, sweet and helpful. Since I didn't buy anything on this visit, I will definitely be back another time. Everything had it's own mark/pricing.. depending what you were in for. Plenty of parking spaces..

I've been in the morning as well as before closing. It's always busy. Guess it's a good thing on their part. Like mentioned, I don't recommend coming in for the last minute holiday decorations. You would think as it's early in December, they'll have some things left over. Well, majority of things are gone. Loads of the isles have been cleared already. I've even seen some employees taking down the fixtures already. It's good for them but if you're looking for the decoration, I do recommend coming early. Like a month or so. They have them out early and most are on sale. It's still half off for Christmas items. You'll still get things there as they have random stuffs. But majority of holiday items are gone. I don't know if they'll restock anything now but if you're not looking for something particular, I'm sure they'll have it. It's also a store that literally carries everything. It's basically a Joann's, Michael's and a Home Goods all under one roof. There's everything that you can want or need in a craft store of such. Also, why is it that all the store seems to be short with cashiers. There's always a massive line in the store and there's like 3, maybe 4 cashier. If you coming, just make sure not to be in a rush. But I'm sure you'll end up leaving with one thing or a cart of things. They alway do have amazing discounts.

Specially during the holidays, they have really nice items to purchase and give as gifts to loved ones. My main complaint about this location is that it is very unorganized. Staff are not helpful most of the time. They keep standing in the aisles and block customers from looking at items. The lines are very long and most of the time they have two registers open. For price, I would say they have items that are really priced reasonably. For parking, I would say it would be hard to find a parking spot during weekends.
