These guys are awesome! Saved me a ton of money on high end appliances: Miele, Thermador, Subzero and Wolf. Handled all inquiries in a prompt and timely manner. Very happy with my kitchen. Items were delivered and installed by professional installers. They handled service calls even after sale. Honestly, be prepared to have some patience: the money I have saved was worth the wait. Tony Nguyen, The guy they sent to install my appliances ROBBED me! He said I had to pay him a check for the installation, so I wrote a check. He called me later to say he lost the check so I venmod him. He then told my contractor that he needed to pay him. SO he got paid 3 times. Then Alliance outlet billed us, because we were supposed to pay them not him. 3 months later He has taken the check I wrote him, and used it to hack into my account and has stolen 8k from me! Appliance outlet made mistakes with my order, but I was forgiving about that. things happen...but to have someone like this working for you is a serious failure. you cannot send people like that into your customers homes...I would not trust them to send someone trustworthy to your home! read more

I was looking for a new oven/microwave combo and found this location on yelp. It had a good review (only one) but I thought I would give it a try. I was kind of surprised when I walked in because it looked like a storage facility for appliances. I called out a couple of times but it looks like no one was there even though the door was open. I bought a pair of Subzero units from this company that were used, I knew this upfront. The eBay ad was Refurbished but I didn't know that the refrigerator had been deemed not viable by Subzero and this is why they were able to refurbish it. The refrigerator arrived needing Freon and now the local Kentucky-based Subzero agents will not work on it as the copper tubing has been completely ripped out and replaced. Now I cannot get them to refund my money nor can I get anybody to work on the 700TR I purchased from them. Mike has told me numerous lies about getting back to me and getting his management to make a decision. Sayan Health is who I paid for the units and they've not been helpful either. I'm working with American Express and an attorney to find restitution. Avoid this company if at all possible. read more

TERRIBLE. Don't ever buy an appliance here. Bought an appliance a week ago. The moment I took it home and installed it I discovered it wasn't working. Was patient the first 2 days when they said they will replace the appliance, but then they kept pushing the date back. I asked them to keep in contact with me, and they said they would, but did not honor it at all. It's been a week now and I still have a broken appliance from them. They do not care about their customers at all. They take the money and run and they figure we just get what we paid for whenever they got time for it. read more

We purchased a Samsung Induction stove from this location over a year ago and I'm finally writing a review. The Samsung Induction stove is working great and we received excellent customer service. The stove was delivered as agreed. We initially had an issue with the power outlet in our condo which caused some problems with the stove. We had an electrician fix the power outlet problem and then Andy from Appliance Outlet sent a technician to repair the stove and it has been working perfectly ever since. I was on a specific budget to find good appliances at a specific time frame due to newly bought home being remdeled. Art was very helpful from the begining. They had a dishwasher I wanted, but didn't have the gas range and microwave I wanted. He ordered thru the manufacturer, and was able to get it for me at the right time. Some parts were missing when the appliances came, but due to my home remodeling I wasn't able to open the items right away, so Art had to go out of his way to find me the parts for me right away! I once purchased a Viking cooktop from this outlet. It was said to be gas. My renovation got delayed so it was not installed for some time and had a problem initially. I contacted Appliance Outlet and they sent out a repair man to check it out. He said it was not gas at all but setup for propane. Though I contacted Appliance Outlet 3x after that, they never repaired it. read more

I have purchased multiple items from this vendor. Built in GE Monogram Fridge, Viking Double Oven / Electric Cooktop / Dishwasher, and a BOSCH Fridge/Dishwasher/Electric Range. The prices are okay, not much better than buying a package from Lowes or anywhere else. The service after purchase is horrendous. I ordered a $2,500 Bosch Fridge and set it up in my kitchen and noticed that the French doors are not aligned, causing you to only be able to close one of the doors first and then the second, otherwise they wont close. As with any french door fridge, they are designed in a way to allow you to open and close any door first. I had emailed Robert the Appliance Guy regarding this, only after a few weeks of purchase, and he says to call up Bosch Warranty. I would expect that a vendor would service their product for an issue that occurs immediately after purchase. His response to me was as followed, "well if you want if fixed, then that is what you have to do. there are no other options." read more

We purchased a Miele set with the refrigerator, steam oven, double oven, cooktop and dishwasher. We saved close to 30% off retail prices on open box stuff that looked almost brand new. The service after the sale was top notch. They coordinated the delivery and installation with our cabinet maker and made sure everything was working properly. I stopped by this place after reviewing it on Yelp. I let the gent in the store (Hayk) know I was looking for a whole new high end appliance package but wanted new. He told me to email my list of appliances to him at the email address on a card he gave me. I did that later in the day and never heard back. I emailed two more times and no reply and left two voice messages. I wound up purchasing all new from MD Appliance in La Canada and couldn't be happier. I guess if you are flipping a property and don't care what you get, you can try this place but if service is important, it isn't worth the money you might save. But them again, I don't actually know if you would save money either because I never newbies got that far. read more

Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys. Its hard to find discounts on high end appliances. I ended up getting a Thermador Column Fridge, Freezer, Grand Pro Range, Windster fan, and a Bosch dishwasher. I probably saved $8,000 even if you account for the Thermador. If they don't have it in stock, be prepared to wait a bit (which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5). Worth checking out. read more
