I initially chose to replace just the countertops, but at the eleventh hour - literally the morning of demolition and installation - I changed my mind and decided to remodel the entire kitchen instead. Juan was incredibly accommodating, worked with my last-minute change, and somehow made it happen. We ended up with a completely new kitchen (pantry + quartz countertops / backsplash) within just two weeks. A huge thank-you to Juan (and my husband, lol) for their patience throughout my indecisiveness. Juan, along with installers Alex, Johnny, and Lee, worked efficiently and professionally to get everything done. The team was responsive and hardworking and I'm thrilled with how the new kitchen turned out and have no regrets.

Left to my own devices, I had no expected ship date and a deadline for plumbing installation in my home! Eddy contacted Waterstone for me, demanding the kitchen suite we purchased from them. Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy!

He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.
