Absolutely terrible experience. The third appointment was **confirmed with me and the insurance company**, and I had my tenants stay home for access--only for the company to cancel **the same day because they "didn't have the part."** Completely unacceptable. Technician **MAMATOV MUHAMMADALIBEK** was 20-30 minutes late on each visit and was consistently rude and dismissive. When I asked if he needed anything, he ignored me. Later, he demanded a stepping stool and stood there scowling while I searched for one in my tenants' apartment. He left the work area dirty and covered in fingerprints. When I asked him to clean up, his response was: **"I'M NOT A CLEANING COMPANY."** I also asked him to explain the repair and demonstrate that the dryer was working properly. He refused. The company's constant scheduling changes, multiple technicians, poor communication, repeated delays, and lack of professionalism turned a basic repair into a **ridiculously frustrating ordeal**. **Three visits for a dryer belt. A cancelled confirmed appointment. Repeated lateness. Rude behavior. Poor communication. Dirty workspace.** This company needs to seriously rethink how it treats customers and manages repairs. **One star is more than enough.**

I've used them in the past and been very satisfied. But this time they came and did the repair…read morewithout letting me know the cost until after the job was done. They are courteous, on-time, and knowledgable, but as a customer I should be given the opportunity to decline (and just pay for the service call) if I felt the repair cost was too high. I'm not saying don't use them, as I think they are still a good option, but be sure to get a price before the work is done so you can make that call yourself. Otherwise, their $75 visit/diagnostic fee is very reasonable nowadays. **Edited review since the owner, Tony, felt like commenting! That's about right, but funnily enough, when I google it my AI says it's more like $150-$280, parts and labor. Although one result DID come back $350, so perhaps you are just at the more pricey end of the spectrum? Regardless, you should probably give customers the ability to CHOOSE, once it's diagnosed, if they want you to do it at a quoted price, or if they want to buy that inexpensive part and do it themselves. In fact, I think that's actually the law..

My oven had already been worked on twice within the first year warranty, but the company that Home Depot sent was unable to fix the problem after two attempts, even though the oven was new at the time. Nick, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem and fixed it successfully on his first attempt. His work was very efficient and he could not have been more professional, courteous, or pleasant throughout the entire process. The second appliance was my washing machine, which presented a little more of a challenge because the necessary part was difficult to find, but Nick was able to locate the correct part and complete the repair really quickly. The three visits to work on both appliances included the initial evaluations, identifying and obtaining the correct parts, and completing repairs to both appliances. Considering the amount of time Nick spent working, and the fact that three separate visits were required, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. By today's standards it's worth repeating....the prices were extremely reasonable ! I highly recommend TJ Appliance Repair, and if you have the opportunity, I would recommend asking for Nick. Excellent service and excellent results across the boards.
