Nick, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem and fixed it successfully on his first attempt. His work was very efficient and he could not have been more professional, courteous, or pleasant throughout the entire process. The second appliance was my washing machine, which presented a little more of a challenge because the necessary part was difficult to find, but Nick was able to locate the correct part and complete the repair really quickly. The three visits to work on both appliances included the initial evaluations, identifying and obtaining the correct parts, and completing repairs to both appliances. Considering the amount of time Nick spent working, and the fact that three separate visits were required, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. There are water drops coming out of the crevices. Witchcraft? Demon possession? No, blocked exhaust hose Alex from Swiftec Services explained to me over the phone. He says I can be there at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Blocked it was! Our poor LG dryer was a mess. Tons of lint had built up inside this thing. Alex took the thing apart and cleaned it thoroughly. He also replaced the exhaust hose. He got our dryer back in business. Before I called him I thought oh great, time for a new $900 dryer! His price was more than fair.
