To our surprise he was ready and equipped to replace the window on the same visit. The window that needed to be replaced was in a classroom where a teacher was conducting her zoom class. Please note that while they are cheaper, their customer service was lacking. I don't usually care much about customer service, but this experience was particularly harsh enough that I felt led to leave a review. My delivery window was 2:30-4:30pm. I had an unexpected emergency the day of and was going to be late with an ETA of 3:00pm to the delivery location. I felt terribly about being late and booked it to my new place as soon as I was able to at 2:30pm to try and get there before the delivery. At 2:40pm I got a call letting me know that they are here and asking where I was. I apologized profusely and said I was on my way, about 20 minutes out with an ETA 3:00pm. The man on the other end did not accept the apology (which is valid!) and called again about 10 minutes later asking "until how long am I supposed to wait for you." I apologized once again and gave my updated ETA of 9 minutes. When I arrived, I quickly parked and ran over to Viktor who was waiting at the end of the driveway. I apologized again, which he once again does not accept. I tried explaining the situation that I was in but quickly realized there was no point; he was pissed. We quickly unloaded the entire truck of forty 56lb bags in about 5 minutes. Viktor threw the bags at me, not being mindful of whether the bags were smashing my hands or if mulch was getting everywhere. My hands had cuts on them after he left. I take accountability that I was late, but the handling and interaction felt unprofessional and unpleasant. It made an already stressful day even worse. I unfortunately would not recommend their services.

All of the big stores wanted crazy delivery fees around $80 for something under $20 that is just a strange size. Supply Ontime has a much better delivery rate and same day service.
