They provided more movers for the hourly cost than the other two companies and were available. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) Left a message over the holidays and they got back to me the next business day to schedule a visit. During the visit Robert was able to see what was described to him over the phone, checked my fuse box, confirmed that the work is possible and provided a quote that is satisfactory. I asked if he can perform the work then and there which he is able to accommodate the request. About an hour later the work is completed and he showed me what was done and provided me information such as what switch he connected to. No drywall repair or paint was needed. And for the garage-converted ADU, they ran a conduit in the attic. The entire process went from 8:30AM-3:30PM and he coordinated cutting power with my other contractors.
