Not only do they respond promptly, show up on time, and work professionally and efficiently, they do it all with the utmost courtesy, class, and integrity. We first had them come out to run a line to rewire a room we were renovating and begin bypassing the old knob and tube. He fixed a shoddy conduit from our main breaker, ran lines to a relay so that we'd have the foundation for future electric work. I called SuengLee Electric in the morning for a light switch that was not responding... they were very quick to reply to my inquiry. Said the soonest they could be out was in the afternoon... but they called just an hour or so after my inquiry reply and said they were done w/ their job sooner than expected and met me at my house within 15 mins... their rates were affordable, didn't charge extra for coming out right away and didn't charge me any extra for the light switch replacement.
