Junior was the only one of the many that I have requested service through yelp who gave me a call and came out of his way on the same way, to come see the need. I had a whole house fan timer switch break on me. The HVAC contractor quoted me ~$900 to replace the switch and have a surge protection device installed. Looked around for an electrician since this seemed like an electrical problem and not a HVAC problem. CRKT quoted me a price half of what the HVAC company quoted me. When they got here, they also informed me that I don't necessarily need a surge protection device either but did tell me utility companies/the state now require it so it was ultimately my call. Ultimately went with it since it won't hurt to have. Would use CRKT again as they were timely, polite (Junior took his shoes off without me asking, which is a nice gesture for an Asian household) and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things.
