Quick response...communicated well. Arrived as expected and addressed issue quickly. Very nice to work with.

I highly recommend Kayed Adwan and Masah Electrical. Kayed is a reliable electrician who does great work at a very fair price. He's now completed two jobs for me, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, he installed LED lighting in my garage, wired up my EV charger, and cleaned up a lot of leftover issues from the previous homeowner--removing old wiring from an above-ground jacuzzi, getting rid of messy exterior wires, and taking down an old DirecTV dish. The difference was night and day. I hired him again, and he delivered just as solid of a job the second time. It's rare to find someone this consistent, professional, and easy to work with. If you're looking for a dependable electrician who does quality work at a reasonable price, Kayed is absolutely someone I recommend. I'll continue using him for future projects. read more

Kayed was great to work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I had an emergency electrical repair and he was able to come assist in a matter of hours. Kayed was amazing! He was prompt to respond to my request and immediately came out to look at what I needed and clearly explained how he'd get my EV outlet installed with the quote. His work was clean and efficient and showed me what he changed in my breaker box and tested everything before finishing. I will definitely use him for any future electric projects we have in our house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for EV or any electrical installations. read more

Kayed is hands-down the best electrician I've worked with, and at this point he's my go-to for anything electrical. He's completed 6+ projects for me, ranging from hard-line installs to panel modifications and upgrades, and every single job has been done cleanly, safely, and correctly the first time. His technical skill is obvious -- he clearly knows electrical work inside and out -- but what really sets him apart is his professionalism and reliability. Kayed shows up when he says he will, communicates clearly, explains options without upselling, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. On top of that, he's kind, respectful, and easy to work with, which matters a lot when someone is in your home multiple times. Pricing has always been fair and transparent, especially considering the quality of work. I've never felt rushed, pressured, or uncertain about the work being done -- which is rare when it comes to electrical projects. If you're looking for a skilled, trustworthy electrician for panel work, hardwired installs, or any residential electrical job, I couldn't recommend Kayed more highly. He's earned my trust and all my future business. read more

Thank you so much for your quick and efficient service! I sent out a quote late Sunday and Kayed was able to get a quick and simple outlet install done the next day! Quote and pricing was reasonable and I am very happy with this service. I needed to install an outlet as a prequisite for a new bidet install and I wanted this to be done professionally with someone licensed as I am not familiar with handling electricity components like this. Kayed completed this in less than 30 mins as promised and we tested that the outlet is working perfectly. Thank you once again and I'm excited to getting this bidet installed!! If I have any further questions on any electrical projects and issues I know who to reach out to :D read more

Yesterday, three outlets in our home stopped working after a breaker tripped. We recently moved into a manufactured home, so I am still getting used to how everything works, especially the electrical panels. Kayed was able to come out the same day we requested service and quickly inspected the outlets. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain things and help me better understand my home. Fast response, quality service, and very knowledgeable. Thank you again, Kayed. read more

Kayed was amazing! We were getting bids for wiring and install of the electrical for a hot tub. Kayed was first to reply with a flat rate that beat the competition. So I was a little skeptical because I only sent him a couple of pictures. When he came out and looked in person at the job, he didn't try to change his bid like some other contractors I have worked with. He knew what he had to do for the job before he even came out. He even thought of things that I didn't think of, like move the lights so don't fall into the hot tub or moving an outlet because it was too close to the water. He definitely knew the job and the code. He even went the extra mile when it came to safety for my kids by moving the wiring to the other side of the hot tub which cost him more time and work, and extra materials. Did he try to ask for more... NO, he did it because it was the right thing to do! Kayed was on time, accommodating when asked to meet a little earlier, and very professional. He is a one man army when it comes to electrical! I am very tough on contractors and he exceeded my expectations. He hit the marks on quality, value, and professionalism. He will now be my go to electrician! I would recommend him to anyone and suggest that you look know further if you are reading this! read more

Very attentive to customer's demands and providing solutions to issues! I had a couple of old Casablanca ceiling fans that needed to be repaired due to length of use. Most companies that have looked at them have written up massive quotes to replace both units claiming that they could not find parts, motor/switches were defective, etc. My biggest concern with replacements is that the newer fans do not have the CFM output or higher RPM on motors. It took about 15 mins to diagnose issue on both fans independently. But once tech identified, we were able to head to Home Depot and locate parts to correct issues. Then it took approximately another 10 mins on each fan to reconnect wiring on fan and electrical wall controls before closing back up. The largest quote I received from another electrical contractor was $2500 to replace all 3 of my fans. As I stated previously, I was only having issues with 2 ceiling fans. With Masah Electric, I paid just over 10% of that to address and correct my issue. Now I am ready to utilize both in our current summer-like weather in Feb 26'. Great company to utilize for electrical issues!!!!! read more

So the last thing I wanted to happen as I was leaving my home in the morning, was for the garage door opener to stop working as I was trying to take my kid to school. After dropping him off and coming back home I began to try and trouble shoot the issue myself. After spending about an hour realizing that the situation wasn't limited to the Garage door opener and wasn't caused by the garage door opener. I decided it was time to get some Professional help. I had used a three light receptacle tester and could see that I was getting a Hot ground reverse light. After my professional google search skills told me this could be a loose or split wire. Masah had responded to my Yelp request for an electrician in my area. He was happy to be there in less than an hour after my call. He showed up, was professional and wasted no time on getting to work. He was very thorough and was good at explaining what he was looking at, what he was seeing, and determined the issue. He went from Outlet to Outlet testing and finally found the bad outlet, which was on the completely opposite side of my house, but was the outlet that had the short. I could have spent the day or two trying to find the bad outlet. I am glad I called him, it was definitely a good experience, and I will call him again! read more

Thursday afternoon, my power goes out and I panic because the electrician I know moved. Went on Yelp and posted for Bids. My first responder said Saturday 2 days later. 2nd was Masah Electric 15 minutes after posting. He said tomorrow morning and quoted me a flat rate. Unfortunately what I thought was a replacing a breaker turned out to be a replacement of my panel box. Kayed got my permit, equipment & materials and had me back in business Saturday afternoon - less than 24 hours after diagnosing the problem. I am truly grateful for his experience and professionalism. Amazing job and highly recommend. read more
