DK Electrical Services -- Excellent Work & Great Price I was in the market for a new electrical panel after recently purchasing an EV. I needed to upgrade my electrical panel from 100A to 200A and have it EV-ready. I contacted several local electricians and received a few quotes, but most of them were extremely expensive. Dang Khoa from DK Electrical Services gave me a complete quote by text, including the panel replacement, installation, permits, and the full cost of the job. He came out on a Saturday to confirm everything in person, and his quote was the lowest I received. He even included the stucco repair after the new panel was installed. What really impressed me was how quickly everything came together. By Tuesday, the city and electric company had already completed their part and unlocked my meter so Dang could move forward with the installation. I had Dang come out that Saturday, and he completed the entire job in one day. He worked pretty much nonstop to get everything finished. By Monday, the city came out and approved the work. For a project this involved, having everything completed and approved in basically one week was incredibly impressive. Dang clearly knew exactly what needed to be done and understood all the steps involved with the permits, utility company, city inspection, and installation. If you're looking for an electrician who offers a fair price, does quality work, and knows what he's doing, I highly recommend DK Electrical Services. In fact, he's already working on my brother's home to replace his electrical panel as well. I'll definitely be referring Dang and DK Electrical Services to my friends and family for their electrical needs. Great work from start to finish! read more

We had a great experience working with Dang from DK Electrical Services. I was on a very tight timeline because we also had a stucco project happening at the same time, and Dang was incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. He helped guide me through everything needed for the SCE Charge Ready Home rebate program and made sure I had all the documentation and requirements covered. He was very thorough, detail oriented, and the finished work came out extremely clean and professional. It's hard to find contractors who are both skilled and easy to work with, but Dang was exactly that. He stayed on top of communication, showed up when he said he would, and really made the whole process stress free. I would absolutely recommend DK Electrical Services to anyone needing electrical work or panel upgrades. Really appreciated the experience working with him. read more

After I sent him some photos of my old electrical panel he was able to give me a quote immediately for an upgrade. Some others wanted to come see my panel. Ain't nobody have time for that! Price: Lowest of the 8 companies I talked to. Work: Excellent; stucco repaired and color matched, permits taken care of. No mess. Communication: Always kept me in the loop, super polite and accommodating. Speed: It took longer for the city to inspect the work than for him and his crew to do the work. Would definitely work with him again. Easy 5/5 stars from me. read more

I had DK Electrical Services to upgrade my main service panel to 200A and install 1 EV charger outlet in my garage. The communication was great. We talked on the phone and he came over for an estimation. We agreed on the price and signed the contract on the same day. The contractor worked with SCE and city to get the permit. The panel upgrade and rough electrical work were done in a day. Then we had to wait for the city to come down to inspect before they can cover and redo the stucco. The stucco repair was done in a few hours. I helped the contractor to repaint the stucco repair after a few days since the stucco repair cause I already had the paint from previous projects. The final inspection was done after a few days. The contractor then scheduled with SCE to upgrade the main line from the SCE service line. The whole project was done in 2-3 weeks. read more

Let me start off with a real estate broker for the past 28 years. I've worked with more than my fair share of contractors. In the past five years, I've been flipping properties full-time One of the properties that I was flipping needed, the . The other contractors that I use were higher than this company, so I gave them a chance to see what kind of work they do Not only did they pull the permits, do all the stucco work, paint matched it. I'm grateful we found DK Electric! They are the best in OC! Dang and his team are knowledgeable, hard workers, dedicated to their work, honest, reliable, and kind. Our HOA sent us and a lot of neighbors a notice regarding updating our electrical panel. I made several calls to electricians, getting quotes and hearing what they had to say about electrical panels. After talking to many neighbors and seeing many neighbors having issues with their electrician not doing the work well, not knowing what they are doing, and being out of electricity for a week or two, I decided to wait and see who is doing these electrical panels correctly. DK was on top of the list. I called Dang, and he answered promptly, scheduled me a few days later to meet, and set a day to do the work. In a week, he was keeping me updated, got all the permits from the city and Edison. They installed my 200-amp electrical panel, customized the box to cover the electrical panel, and even had the HOA paint and painted the box all in one day! Wow! We were amazed and so pleased with Dang and his team. We are so grateful we found him. This has been stressful for me personally, but he took a lot of my stress off. The following week, he installed a 240-volt outlet in our garage in one day for our future electric car. Wow! The best in OC!! We definitely recommend DK Electric! read more
