We were in need of electrical work for the electrical panel to the garage which would require running a line directly from the electrical panel, through the attic, and down to the garage. We wanted quality workmanship by a licensed contractor that could pull the permit and pass inspection. He showed up on time and provided options for the work that needed to be done. These guys are great. Some of outlets went out in my place. I hired another electrician who charged me a lot for a diagnostic, took a couple of hours, and still couldn't figure out the problem. He wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to redo the wiring. I didn't think this was right, so called Live Conductor Electric instead. Due to the many (and well deserved) reviews on Yelp I called Enrique to get a quote on updating my 100 Amp electrical service to a 200 AMP service breaker box. I wanted this to be prepared for the future purchase of an EV car. Enrique showed up on time and ready to start the process. He advised me of the entire process and be called SCE to inspect the location of my current box. Once the approved the location (2 days later) he then filed with my city for the permits. That took another 2 days. Once they were issued he began the work. Day one was removing and replacing the old box with the new box and new breakers. Of course during that process you are without power but by the end of the day he will restore your power, even if it is only temporary. The next and final day was tripping each breaker and labeling it on the newly installed panel. He used a label printer machine so each room is easily identified and easy to read. Nice touch. I have to have my stucco guy do the repairs to the wall. Not a big job at all. All in all it was a great experience, great price and I will use Enrique again for my next electrical project. We had a few electrical problems at my mom's house that needed to be resolved. She kept saying that we needed an electrician to come out to the house but we never got around to calling one. Finally, we began our search for an electrician via the Yelp app. I messaged and called a few but in the end, it was Live Conductor Electric that got the job! I messaged Enrique over the weekend and he was quick to respond, after hours. We messaged back and forth about the issues that we needed taken care of. He provided me with a reasonable estimate but still had to come see it for himself. So we agreed to have him come by after I came home from work. Enrique showed up early, which was greatly appreciated. He quickly got to work replacing the flood light outside. Then we had to get the two hallway lights repaired. The bulbs inside always seemed to burn out quickly. He did some trouble shooting and found that there was some faulty wiring and replacement parts were needed. He didn't have the parts with him so he went to Lowe's to pick them up. He returned promptly and worked meticulously to repair the wiring. Considering that the home was built in 1944, I thought the issue would have been greater. However, he assured me that this was an easy fix and that we shouldn't have any more issues. Once all of the work was completed, he made sure that it was done to our satisfaction. We were shown how to control the timer on the flood lights. Once that we all clarified for us, I asked for an estimate to do a couple of other repairs as well. He tested the wall socket and told me that it definitely was dead. So, it looks like we will be having Enrique back over to the house again to get other electrical issues resolved. We really appreciate how hard Enrique worked on our property. He is definitely a skilled electrician. I was wondering if his reviews were legitimate and yes indeed, he lived up to all of those 5 star reviews. I worked with a lot of people recently because I had to get a lot of housework done and it is so important for people to be professional and responsive. Enrique is such a pro! I found Live Conductor Electric as a query from yelp when I needed to have my wife's tesla wall charger installed. After getting online bids from local electricians, Enrique was the most responsive of the bunch. I snapped some photos of my breaker, garage installation area and tesla wall charger unit and I texted them over to Enrique and he was able to produce a quote for me. I even asked him if he takes AAA and he gave me an additional $30 off the original quote! (fist pump) Arranging the installation appointment easy - again all done through text. He accommodated my work schedule and he showed up on time after I got home from work. Once there, he was the ultimate pro - did a bit more measuring and sizing and consulted with me before cutting into the wall. Then for the next couple of hours, maybe less, he was off to working. He kept work area clean before and after and patched up the wall fish where conduit line was installed. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the outlet itself, it was a loose wire in the upstairs GFI outlet. They checked all my GFI outlets to make up everything was working before they left.
