After the initial consultation, the technician provided us with a list detailing the work to be done and a fee quote. From that list, we chose to move forward with the installation of a ceiling fan. On the scheduled installation day, the Company sent a different technician. He informed us that the fan could not be installed because he needed to re‑inspect the wiring and assess the full scope of work. He stated that the original quote did not reflect the complete requirements for the installation and revised the fee, adding an additional $150 to the initial fee quote. Despite the unexpected change, we agreed to the revised price and scheduled a second installation appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, we rearranged our work schedules to be available. After waiting until approximately 3:15 p.m. with no arrival and no communication from the technician or the Company, we contacted the Company and spoke with David. He informed us that the appointment was not on the calendar. He offered to send another technician, which we declined. We also requested a refund of the $95 consultation fee, which the Company refused. This experience was extremely disappointing. The scheduling failures, lack of communication, and refusal to refund the consultation fee demonstrate a clear disregard for our time and the commitments made to us. A simple phone call would have prevented wasted time, unnecessary stress, and the negative impression this situation has left.

He worked with limited space (small sub-panel) and some neutral wire length constraints. Rather than try to upsell another, more costly solution, he was able to work with what I had to produce a high quality result at a very competitive price. The second work item I had Peter help me with was installing a 40 amp 2 pole breaker and an accompanying NEMA 14-50 receptacle for EV charging. He did a fast, clean and high quality job. Everything works perfectly! Before coming, Peter and I corresponded a lot through phone and text. He asked me great questions about my specific use case and tailored a solution to my use case. I appreciated how thoughtful and thorough he was in explaining everything he wanted and needed to do. He kept exactly to what we discussed and didn't try to upsell/do any necessary work. This was a very honest and pleasant experience. Price wise, he was the most competitive by far (probably because he was the most honest about what he would do).
