We love our Everlights system, but to be honest, we've been routinely disappointed in the product based on what we spent for it. When it's working properly it's awesome!! When it's not, it's very difficult to get ahold of someone. I'm leaving this review to highlight technician Tyler Kennedy's helpfulness and sincerity. He followed up on an open ticket we had and when I told him we went through an outside source to resolve the problem (because of the long wait time) he offered to still stop by and check our system. Amazing no pressure experience from Amanda and the team. Amanda walked us through the process in a very seamless and efficient way. I asked tons of questions about the installation process, warranty and of course how long the process would take (it was quick). Truly felt like I was the only customer in this process. Communication was timely and at one point in the process prior to committing I asked Amanda to see the type of lights in action. Amanda obliged as did her customers. My request was very last minute and Amanda jumped into action; contacting previous customers so they could turn on their lights (some weren't even home but turned on the lights remotely so we could do a drive by). What we love about the system: lots of pre-programmed light displays or scenes, ability to modify and save your own scenes, ability to turn on remotely and of course the ability to auto program based on the holiday or activity of you choice. Had one minor issue with the system going offline and the team jumped into action to resolve it remotely. The best part of the system is I'm never putting up another light and if I ever sell this house some family is going love the fact that this house is holiday ready. We've had EverLights for a little over a year now, and around the end of December, our transformer began to fail to the system. We contacted EverLights in January of 2026 to request a repair on the system. It is now April 2026 and still no repair is made and no schedule in sight of when we will be assisted as they state they don't know when the person doing repairs in our area is available. Theses light are far too expensive to receive this type of treatment. We've spent close to 5k on our system and we're only able to use it for one year. I would not recommend any one to purchase EverLights ever. They do not back their warranty. My next step is a lawsuit to try and recoup some money we've lost from installing these lights. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with the complete lack of customer service. They gladly take thousands of dollars, promise great service, and then disappear when you actually need help. My lights were installed about 14 months ago and worked fine last Christmas. However, when I turned them on for Halloween this year, one string wasn't working properly. I called my sales rep, Amanda, multiple times--no response at all. I also called the main line and left several messages, again with no response. After finally leaving a firm message, I received a call from someone in Utah who said they would pass the message along to the LA office to send a technician. My brother in law has these lights on his house and I knew I needed to have them on my house as well . Matthew came to my house for a quote and knew exactly who the referral came from . That's great customer service on building trusting relationships to earn business. I use these lights almost on any day event or holiday that comes around . I live in an HOA community and you can't even tell I have these installed on my house. Then at night it's turns into a party . I love the endless possibilities that you could create on patterns . I have had to call for a repair over a single small bulb that wouldn't turn on but I called the office and Eric was amazing to talk to and has great communication skills and got me scheduled in quickly for a repair. The technician Johnathan came out. He arrived exactly on time as promised. He was very courteous about my new landscaping since he had to get to the roof line with a ladder. I knew I got a professional because he immediately fixed the issue . But that wasn't the only thing . The lights look wonderful when they work. They have the worst customer service after installation though. This is the first Christmas with our new lights and they stopped working after Halloween. It has been at least 2 weeks. There is no one to talk to when you call and not real response from other ways. Sales called me back within an hour but I'm still waiting for them to setup the visit to fix the lights, still in the first year. The main Utah office called agreed someone needs to come out and it is covered under warranty but said LA office would call to set it up. I haven't heard a thing in over a week. We've been having our holiday lights put up by a local guy since we moved into this house three years ago. We call them Neverlights. My husband was wonderful and agreed to these pricey lights for me with the promise that you could have any color . However once they were installed , the soft white light was unavailable, neighbors asked why do you have green lights on. Unfortunately, our lights have not worked in a while now , the first technician told us it was our GFCI so once they stopped working shortly after he left I hired an electrician to upgrade our outlet , and they still would connect to the bridge . It was not until the second technician finally arrived that we were told our receiver needed to be replaced , but they did not have any available. When my husband asked how that could be , my guess is because we already paid for our lights , and any available are for new customers . My husband and I are completely disappointed , that was a lot of money to work on and mostly off for less than 2 years . So our advice is to read reviews and go with another company . read more

She came to our home in highland twice because when we first did the complete roof line and after a couple runs of the lights we thought we needed more so I called Amanda and she came back again and we ended up going around all our front windows and our garage. Now it's perfect. We absolutely love all the preprogrammed selections and we had the same installers both times. We also now have 2 stations so we can change it up if we want to. The main reason of many to go with Everlights was the fact that I'm in my 60s and not very balanced on a ladder anymore so with Everlights you don't know they are there during the day cuz the tracks match the trim of our home and we can use them year round and they line our home perfectly. After a $2400 DIY payment, I received no email verification of my purchase and no information regarding shipment. When I was provided an email to contact "the warehouse manager" it was clearly spelled incorrectly. I still have yet to ever speak to anyone despite asking several times. The very first week, the upper roofline started flickering and sometimes half of the lights don't turn on. 1 year and 10+ service attempts later and the problem still persists. So I have to say these lights are very nice and also very expensive. They made Christmas much easier as far as decorating. The only issue I have is that every time I change the color scheme, the lights always automatically revert back to some other scheme I never wanted or chose. It's like some glitch. I realize now after hours of practice and troubleshooting that you have to unplug the entire system and reboot it from both power sources just to create a new color scheme. For thousands and thousands of dollars I think this is a little ridiculous. Other than that, I love them. I would say make sure you do your homework and really understand the system before you decide. It is definitely a luxury and not a necessity. I am in my first 2 months of having them so I hope they last as long as they say. If they do , it will be well worth it. Customer service will go a long way for them. read more

Holiday enjoyment is back again! Thanks to Everlights, I didn't have to pull all the boxes and boxes of Chrismas lights out of storage, look through what lights were working and which ones weren't, dealing with ladders and balancing acts, staple guns, shooting through wires, and yelling for the kids to get back to helping me... This year (and forever on), I just programmed up the app and sat back to enjoy the lights. It was awesome, too, when my neighbor was still on his ladder, and I stood right next to him and said, "watch this," as I changed all the lights to different effects and colors. He was irked but soon asked for the phone number. Alec and Eric from Everlights were awesome too. They knew what to do, were quick and efficient, left the place spotless, and were true professionals.
