We requested an evaluation of several specific electrical issues in our home in order to obtain a service quote. After the initial consultation, the technician provided us with a list detailing the work to be done and a fee quote. From that list, we chose to move forward with the installation of a ceiling fan. On the scheduled installation day, the Company sent a different technician. He informed us that the fan could not be installed because he needed to re‑inspect the wiring and assess the full scope of work. He stated that the original quote did not reflect the complete requirements for the installation and revised the fee, adding an additional $150 to the initial fee quote. Despite the unexpected change, we agreed to the revised price and scheduled a second installation appointment. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, we rearranged our work schedules to be available. After waiting until approximately 3:15 p.m. with no arrival and no communication from the technician or the Company, we contacted the Company and spoke with David. He informed us that the appointment was not on the calendar. He offered to send another technician, which we declined. We also requested a refund of the $95 consultation fee, which the Company refused. This experience was extremely disappointing. The scheduling failures, lack of communication, and refusal to refund the consultation fee demonstrate a clear disregard for our time and the commitments made to us. A simple phone call would have prevented wasted time, unnecessary stress, and the negative impression this situation has left. read more

We needed to get a couple of light switches fixed as well as have a ballast bypass done for our fluorescent lights in our garage. Pablo and Israel came and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. They even wore booties inside the house and cleaned and swept the floors after they were done, which I really appreciated. I spoke with David at New Quest a couple of times regarding a full panel replacement for an older home. Unfortunately, I had already had another electrician out, and the prices were about the same, so I let the other electrician do the job. I certainly wish I gave the job to New Quest, as I'm finding out the other electrician tried to charge me for stucco repair, surge protection, and grounding rods. New Quest is way more professional and upfront, showing all of the job items to be done for the price. While I didn't use New Quest for this job, I'm writing this review to reflect his professionalism over another electrician, and I certainly will save his number to give him any other electrical jobs in the future for our other rental homes in the area. read more

1. After they came out, I had another issue where all my GFCI outlets stopped working, so I reached out to Nick. 2. I suggested a day/time, and they were there on time. 3. Manuel came in, checked the outlet they recently replaced, and checked all the non-working GFCI's. 4. Instead of charging to fix/replace the GFCI's, he discovered the GFCI switch in the breaker was the issue, and said he only needed to replace that (much faster and cheaper)! 5. He did exactly that, all within the diagnostics fee (once they realized the issue was not connected to the outlet they recently installed). 6. Manuel even re-seated and properly installed any misaligned outlets, and re-siliconed outlets that were half glued in. Amazing continued service, really fast, really great price. Great people. I've had these guys come out on two separate occasions. First was to install a couple of lights in the hallway and entry way, John did a great job so I asked for quotes on adding recessed lighting in my living room and replacing the old recessed lighting in the bedrooms (from halogen bulbs to LEDs).
