I highly recommend Steve and his team of electricians! Steve came highly recommended by my neighbor, and he and his team certainly did not disappoint. From the very beginning, Steve was extremely responsive. He replied to my text right away and quickly stopped by to take a look at the work we needed done. After purchasing a new electric vehicle, we needed a home charger installed as well as an upgrade to our outdoor electrical panel to accommodate the additional electrical demands. Steve arrived as scheduled and worked extremely hard alongside his team until the entire job was completed. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Another huge plus was the pricing. Steve was very reasonably priced and even beat the estimates we received from other electricians. It is refreshing to find someone who is responsive, reliable, hardworking, and fairly priced. We are extremely pleased with the work Steve and his team completed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work! read more

Had a voltage problem with some circuits in the house. Lights were dimming and pulsating when appliances were running. The house wiring was relatively new, and the problem developed with no apparent change to circuits, appliances, etc. Steve quickly diagnosed a problem with the neutral line at the breaker box. He then took a look at the supply line from the pole to the house and noticed there was damage to the line, which was apparently caused by tree trimmers sent by the utility. With Steve's help navigating the process with the power company, the utility replaced the entire supply line and the voltage problem was solved. At the same time, Steve's assistant replaced a bad transformer in a recessed light fixture that had no access from above. 5 stars really isn't enough to reflect the expertise, professionalism, and efficiency of 24/7 Electric, and the prices were fair on top of it all! Very highly recommended! read more

Steve was SPECTACULAR! Called him today (Saturday) at 7am had no power to our whole house since the night before. He came to our house within 2 hours of my initial call. Very reasonable fees was able to quickly diagnose the issue & told me he wanted to personally speak to our utility company when I called them. As he was getting ready to leave he noticed we were working on our sprinkler system & asked what the issue was. We told him, he checked a few things on the sprinklers & told us what he thought our problem might be & after he left. We did what he suggested & HE WAS RIGHT! He truly cares about his customers. My wife and I both felt he made us feel like he was one of our friends. He did quality work and we have already called 5 of our friends to brag about his Company 24/7. WTG Steve keep up the great work & reasonable prices we already got you on speed dial. Thank you very much we appreciate you. We give you 10 Stars! read more

Very very bad experience got the number from yelp called them up he said $75 diagnostic fee. I said no problem. He came for a tripping breaker replaced it right away and charge me $200 for a part that I found for much less at a local home store the cost was $12 so basically he replaced a trippy breaker that costs $12 for $200 even though the breaker that he replaced I had another Electrition take a look at it and he told me it's fully functional and no need to replace it and I still have it. He only offered a partial refund after I said I would leave a bad review and told him I was upset. I declined the partial refund that he offer because money is not everything by the way the breaker that he installed is tripping again I felt taken advantage of, and I found the service unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this service under all circumstances. He is a scammer. Very very bad experience stay away read more

We have had a plan to install a whole home generator. Did some research and purchased the Westinghouse trifuel. Called around getting quotes for the install of just the electrical parts. Everyone quoted super high prices based on where we live. Found 24/7 electric. Discussed over the phone my plans. Right of the bat they advised me the easiest most cost efficient way to power every circuit. I purchased on my own a soft start module for the AC compressor. They installed the electrical, soft start module and the quick disconnect for a value compared to the other electricians without sacrificing quality on workmanship and parts. They returned when I received the generator, plugged everything in and walked me through the steps. Generator started right up, powered the entire house plus the HVAC system running on natural gas with absolutely no issues, no circuit breaker issues, no overloading. You can. Stop your search and call these guys. Set it and forget it!!! read more

When my downstairs electricity suddenly stopped, I was worried about all the food that might rot in my refrigerator. Luckily, Steve answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and gave me a great idea of using extension cord to a working outlet in order to power my refrigerator until his electrician could arrive. Since I was no longer freaking out about my refrigerator, I decided to have 24/7 come over on Monday instead. Steve sent over Brian who quickly found out that my problem was a nonfunctional /broken circuit breaker. Brian quoted me $300 which included the diagnosing/ troubleshooting, the replacement of the circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker itself. Brian was quick and professional. In general, electricians are pretty expensive; So this price is reasonable (especially since Brian seemed knowledgeable), but I would not say that 24/7 Electric pricing "is cheap"...Here's another sample quote, Brian estimated a price of $400 to remove and replace a bathroom light with fan vent. Since he charges by time, that's how much he was guessing that fixture would take to replace. Thanks 24/7 Electric! read more

After spending two hours trying to find the chirping in my home, after removing smoke detectors and running out of options on a week night evening, I called 24/7 Electric and this gentleman was kind enough to suggest that this could be a plugged in carbon monoxide detector. He was right, and I appreciate the fact that he was able to provide resolution in under a minute and didn't charge a dime. I will definitely consider 24/7 Electric for future projects, and will refer him to family and friends. Thank you again! read more

Steve is awesome and definitely the kinda guy you want to give your business to. I had an issue where lights kept fluttering on and off and kept getting worse, to the point where appliances would turn on and off. I called Steve and he was willing to come same day and even offered to come late at night if the situation got worse. It worked best for us for him to come next day, he was punctual and really informative. It ended up being an Edison issue, but Steve stuck around and made sure he told Edison what needed to be said to come same day, Steve also gave made sure to offer to still come back even past midnight if there was another issue that wasn't under Edison's jurisdiction or liability. Steve is definitely the helpful small business type that does quality work and goes above and beyond for you. Definitely reach out to him for any of your electrical needs. read more

Steven has been our electrician for 3+ years. He's worked with us to accommodate our different needs at different times. We've been through too many electricians who do well the first job and then their follow up service isn't very good. Steve has consistently done a great job. He's probably the first electrician I've used that I would actually recommend to someone else. You're in good hands with Steve. read more
