"It had been a while, but I recently needed electrical work done in my garage after deciding to replace my old manual door and finally upgrade to an automatic garage door with a remote. I am beyond happy with their service. I was referred to them by an acquaintance who had a really good experience with them. I spoke with Jason about a few small electrical jobs around my house, which included installing a few security cameras (2 with floodlights) that required hardwiring, adding a plug outlet in my bathroom to install a bidet, and installing and hardwiring my Ring doorbell. While he was there, he noticed I had weak wifi signals when testing my security cameras and recommended and helped me install a mesh network. This was done on a separate visit. To top it off, when we were discussing my projects, he heard a leaking in my wall. He insisted it wasn't normal and helped open my forced air unit panel to see that I had a leak due to my AC condensation not draining. He doesn't work with that, and I had to hire someone else to fix that, but his attentiveness and concern were much appreciated. I called to have an electrical line put in for a new fountain in my backyard. They explained everything clearly, game me my options to fix it, the costs of each as well as the benefits and drawbacks. I ended going with the more expensive option because in the end it just made more sense, they ran the line a foot and a half underground and put it in a fancy metal pipe to protect it and meet the code incase someone tries to go digging in 5 years without checking first. The whole process was smooth, there was no pressure or upselling. I am having him redo my front yard sprinkler system. I had a break in a line under my walk way. Where the break was there was limited room to get to the pipe. Jason with the help of an apprentice named Mason (another very hard worker that will some day have his own company) had to dig a large hole to get to that pipe. I was impressed with my contact Jason Caldwell. He gave me a quote on the telephone for new sprinkler valves and let me know in advance what might change the quote when he arrived on site. I wanted to decide what system I would choose after he got on site and checked some existing equipment. He was agreeable. Jason checked my existing control box and the connections to make sure that I could use the existing control box with the new valves. It did check out and I was able to get the new valves that worked on my existing control box. Jason was very careful about removing the old valves and had the new ones installed in a timely manner. He checked to make sure everything was working properly before he buried the pipes replaced the rock that we had in the bed. Jason is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was shocked to discover my water bill has recently tripled. After much searching I found a water soaked area in the far corner of my back yard. My son and I spent the whole weekend digging in the swampy area and could not locate the problem. I called a few contractors in my area late Sunday night that I found on Yelp, but couldn't find anyone that was open. I was reluctant to call advanced since they hadn't yet been reviewed, but I tried my luck (they did have a decent website). First thing the next morning they had someone at my house (I didn't want to pay the emergency rate). The young guy they sent out was quite knowledgeable and located the source of the leak within the first hour on my property. After completing the repair the guy checked out my entire sprinkler system and found numerous other leaks around my house.
