Michael the owner, replaced the burned starter, however he said he could not instal the part because he did not have the manpower. It took us a year to get an electrician to get the rite equipment to get up 171/2' safely and the cost was $500. I asked Michael for warranty, in the event that this would happen again, he never responded to me, don't trust this company, once they take your money they avoid any further contact, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP !!!!
