AMAZON RETURN REVIEW:…read more Nobody really likes returning an online order however, Amazon has made it much more easier. I recently had to return a couple of burner knobs for my stove which did not fit. I went online to Amazon, started the return process, and was emailed a return GR code and the address of the closest Amazon Fresh store for immediate drop off. The Amazon Fresh store is arguably the cleanest market I've ever seen. Very sterile including the shopping carts! I was greeted as soon as I arrived and found the Amazon Customer Service counter at the south end of the store. There is a self-help kiosk now that allows you to simply scan your QR code and drop off your item. I chose to wait in the short line and drop off my return to an employee. It was a very simple process. I left the items in their original packaging and was sent an email as soon as the drop off was completed. Once the item was received at the Amazon base, my refund was processed. Friendly staff here and plenty of parking in this plaza. Enjoy your visit!

This spoke volumes of the company's commitment to providing each potential member with the same respect regardless if they ultimately decided to purchase a membership or not. Kudos, to both Josh and Gabe for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I'd ask management acknowledge them in some fashion for their good works. When visiting Los Angeles and in need of a workout UFC is the place.

Further it had some random company name on there. Called the insurance agent and was told they must have self issued it. I called their insurance carrier and reported them for fraud. They are photoshopping and self issuing insurance certs. They have no workers comp, so if someone gets injured on your property you're on the hook for paying out. Reported them to the DCA. They are either not insured, or under insured, or plan on doing bad work and don't want their insurance on the hook. Whatever the case avoid these guys. Electrical is too important to risk. Update #1: They tried to say the updated insurance they sent is legitimate. Except its not. I ran it thru Claude. Here's the result. It was built using a PDF editing app. So again, not generated by an insurance program as it should be. Simply Business has no record of this cert. Update #2: The owner replied. Please note, that even their contract doesn't have the same address as their supposed insurance certificate. On the contract it shows one address, and the fake insurance a different address. I only realized this after speaking with their agent. Contract address attached. None of his replies address the problems listed. Update #3: Complaints filed. Screenshots attached. Stop sending fake insurance docs, and get actual workers comp and proper Insurance.
