And I walked in there just by driving by and being my last resource. Honestly not sure how this company is in business. I bought allot of money worth of wood from here…read morefor a deck I am building. Wood was delivered to my house and the lumber was extremely sub bar. I had to have the 6x6 returned immediately. Then as I started to cut into the 2x10x12s they had so many cracks the pieces began to break a part at a simple cut. The worst part of all is after 2 emails and 3 calls I have completely ghosted by the company. Why and how can you can do business this way is extremely puzzling to me. I would very wary of buying from here.

We've been working with Hardwood Decking Deals for over 6 years now, and they've become one of our…read morego-to suppliers here at our fence company in Orange County. Scott, the owner, truly cares about the product he provides and the experience his customers have -- he's always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. What we really appreciate is that they focus on just a handful of premium hardwood options, like Batu (also known as Mangaris) and Ipe, and the quality is consistently excellent. You can tell they put a lot of pride into making sure you're getting top-notch materials, and the pricing is always very fair for the value. If you're looking to build a wood fence or a wood deck, this is absolutely the place to get your materials. If you're in the Los Angeles area, we can't recommend Scott and his team enough -- we've kept coming back for years and plan to keep working with them for many more!

Now 11am had come and gone, at about 12pm I called to follow up and indicated I was waiting and waiting....driver was delayed....Gentleman I spoke with said well I guess I will come get it myself, another hour and 45 minutes later the original delivery driver arrived. No apologies after indicating my dad and I both had missed our appointments due to the delays. Don't rely on them for punctuality!!! Other than that the forklift I rented was in good working condition and driver was prompt at the time of DELIVERY.

The employees I had contacted were pleasant, and there was a decent amount of furniture, doors, and hardware in the store. Nevertheless, the prices did not seem to satisfy me much. It was a good experience to go shopping there despite my dissatisfaction with the prices, and the store itself was neat and organized.
